A little more about the space:
As you enter the home, you'll be wowed by the wide open floor plan. The 16' kitchen island with quartz waterfall countertops will likely be the first thing you'll notice. If not, it may be the 12' bifolding Nanawall that opens up to the private, luxurious backyard oasis. OR maybe it'll be the 85" TV that catches your eye. Either way, you'll know that you just stepped foot in the space that will be home to incredible memories.
The home has spacious dual masters with their own private full bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own unique configurations to allow for different sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has it's own TV with access to DirecTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.
Have you ever thought to yourself, "Today, I'm going to have a karaoke competition with myself in the shower"? We have! Feel free to enjoy a solo dance party in the bathrooms while listening to your favorite playlists on the bluetooth speaker lights on the ceiling.
And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This private resort-like yard will truly leave you breathless. The outdoor dining area, with seating for 12, is the perfect place to enjoy a home-cooked meal while watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets...or maybe you'd prefer to watch the game on the 65" TV. The built in BBQ is perfectly situated, overlooking the pool, and includes an outdoor prep area with a built in cooler. After hours of fun in the pool, you'll likely make your way to the fire pit, to share some laughs, watch the stars and bask in the wonderfulness that is THE LAUREL.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home, excluding the garage. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
Other things to note
• Pool & Spa Heating / Cooling - $75 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice must be paid prior to arrival, 2 night minimum
• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

My friends and I stayed at The Laurel this past weekend, and it was everything we were looking for and more! The location was great - it felt removed from the hustle and bustle, but it was only a 15-20 minute ride to the airport, Scottsdale, Glendale and maybe a few minutes more to Tempe. We were able to get everywhere we wanted and didn’t feel like we were ever that far away from anything.
The house itself was amazing, and the pictures exactly matched the house. The open kitchen / living room was a great place to mingle, watch TV (on a huge screen!) and eat, and it flows perfectly into the backyard. The pool and all of the outdoor furniture was exceptional, and we ended up spending more time out there than inside, especially with the temp in the 90’s. All of the bedrooms had enough space for our group of 8, and we could have easily fit another few people if we wanted to. All in all this was an amazing house, and if we make it back out to Phoenix we will definitely look to stay here!

My recent stay in Phoenix was truly out of this world, thanks to this incredible property! Located just a mere 15 minutes away, this place offered everything I could have ever hoped for in an Airbnb stay.
Space was one of the standout features of this property. The moment I stepped inside, I was amazed by the sheer amount of room available. It was spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the thoughtful consideration of amenities. The host went above and beyond to make sure guests felt right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find extra toiletries like deodorant and toothpaste provided, which came in handy and saved me from a late-night run to the store. The kitchen was also well-equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, making it easy to whip up barbecue on Sunday for NFL Sunday!
The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and greatly added to the overall comfort of my stay.
