The space
This residence is an ideal corporate or family/friends retreat! The construction of the house is top-notch; however, it's important to note that sound carries quite easily in the surrounding mountain preserve, which can be disruptive to our considerate neighbors. If you're planning to host a lively event, this property might not be the most suitable choice.
Strategically situated near the 51 freeway:
- Just a 15-minute drive to Downtown entertainment.
- A quick 18-minute commute to the airport.
- Only 25 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale.
This home provides a complete package of essentials, including updated furniture, fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a wide array of amenities, a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, high-speed WiFi, Roku, and a array of other conveniences for your comfort.

If you're interested in booking in-house massages, simply send me a message, and I'll provide you with their contact information. The rate is $1 per minute, plus a recommended 15-20% tip.
For IV Therapy house calls to support your well-being, Hayley, a nurse practitioner, is available. Just message me for her contact details, and the cost is $150 per person.
Please be aware that our house manager resides in the 5th wheel located on the south side of the property. He has a separate entry access to his space, and you'll likely have zero interaction with him during your stay. He plays a key role in preparing the property between guests and handles trash removal on Monday mornings.

Carla was so responsive and accommodating! Her gorgeous mountain retreat was everything we were looking for! The space was perfect for our large group. It had several comfortable gathering spaces, but also private areas for quiet reflection. There were various sleeping accommodations, including sleeping areas in the downstairs game room, which was perfect for the younger men in our group. We utilized the large kitchen numerous times, saving us the cost of dining out excessively. Each shower had convenient shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers, and we found it helpful to have three sets of washers/dryers available. Lastly, we particularly enjoyed having the luxury of literally walking right out the back gate into the foothills of the beautiful mountains. We took numerous hikes to explore the desert terrain, and some of the more adventurous ones in the group hiked to the tops of the mountains. All members of our group, ages 1-81, enjoyed the time spent in this wonderful home!

We stayed in Aug 2023 as two families with teens. The basement was an outstanding place for the kids and we all enjoyed the beautiful pool and all the gathering spaces. The listing was exactly as the house was upon entering. We would definitely not hesitate to book here again.

Checking out was extremely hard! I wanted to stay at this home forever!!! The pictures truly do no justice this home is breathtakingly gorgeous and so spacious. The view of the city from the hot tub during the night and the sunrise over the mountains were surreal! Carla and Matt were amazing host and always responded quickly when I had questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful home! Great views, and nice neighborhood. Carla was a great host and made us feel right at home! Very clean and spacious.
The pictures of the view don't do justice. Sitting on the front balcony watching the sunset was indescribable.
Great area for walking around the neighborhood or on the walking path behind the house.

even though the weather was not as we wished, cooler and with rain and clouds, Carla's home was a delight to stay in. We had so many gathering placees, a hot tub that was enjoyed by all and the downstairs had more than enough activities (pool table, hockey game,ping pong and many games available to keep three teens occupied and enthusiastic.
The kitchen was well designed and equipped . The entire family of 9 had a wonderful time
and we would recommend it for a really wonderful family event.
Our host, Carla, could not have been more responsive or welcoming.

We stayed at Carla's house for our team retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect setup for a mix of work and play - fast wifi, spacious rooms, gourmet well-stocked kitchen, fabulous game room, and so much more. The beds were comfy, and each room had a beautiful view. The view of the surrounding mountains from the hot tub was to die for. We had a fantastic time and hope to be back someday soon!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here - so peaceful tucked into the mountain. Beautiful home, immaculately clean, fully stocked and lots of fun things to do as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the basement game room and big screen TV in addition to the hot tub under the stars. Carla was helpful, responsive and very flexible with our checkout which was so appreciated!
