We had 15 girls stay in this house and it was extremely spacious and roomy for that many people. The location is gorgeous and was told to us by many locals that it is a very good neighborhood. A couple things we weren’t happy with, the freezer inside never seemed to get very cold, the house wasn’t very clean, the back outdoor light bulb was burnt out and there isn’t much lighting in the back, there was a big spot high up on one of the walls that looked like throw up, and we found a couple trash miscellaneous items in corners of the house. The pictures of the house look immaculate, but you can tell that it has been rented out quite a bit and looks very “worn” or “lived in”. Overall this was a great stay but a few things we expected to be better when you’re renting such a house. The house was extremely easy to get to and most locals we encountered commented that it is a great area to be in.

Good overall stay, the AC was not on upstairs when we showed up and took several hours to cool off.

This place was overall very nice! Extremely large and updated. Host was very responsive. My only downfall was the outdoor space. There is little to no shade. The umbrella's around the pool were on their last leg and so was the outdoor furniture. The slide was missing tiles so it was leaving huge red scratches on my kids' bottoms and legs. The pool light didn't work for night time swims, which is when we tried to take advantage of the outdoor space. As in the day the backyard is constantly hit directly with the sun and very hot with no shade. The freezer sounded as if there was a landscaper with a blower in the kitchen. The location was great. Nice upscale neighborhood.

Great property for large group. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Location is super convenient to get to Oldtown and other parts of Scottsdale. We were there for big golf trip and had a blast staying here.

Great kitchen, prepared 3 meals a day. Serving utensils should be updated and dish towels should be provided.
Morning coffee by outdoor fireplace was great-easy to use.
We did not have the pool heated water temp was refreshing. Would have like a few pool floats.

It's a really nice home. There were no condiments or spices including salt and pepper in the house. No coffee was provided. Only a half used roll of paper towels for paper products. It's also an extra charge ($100 per night per days stayed) to heat the pool. These are not awful problems but given how much we paid for the property one would expect it to be well supplied.
