The space
Welcome to our home- nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood located 6 minutes from Kierland shopping center and North Scottsdale, and only 20 mins away from all the action at Old Town Scottsdale! This 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful AZ weather!
Boasting vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and outfitted in designer furniture and textiles, this home has all the conveniences of home with an added touch of luxury! Master suite features a king-sized bed with a seating area, double walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with HUGE soaking tub and step-in shower. Four bedrooms upstairs and three on main level (no stairs required). Outside, an ultra-private yard features a resort-style pool and hot tub, built-in Turbo grill, firepit, and seating area. Three-car garage with RV gate and an extra LARGE driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles.

-Pool can be heated for $50/day. When heated, the temperature will be set to 83-85 degrees but may vary depending on ambient temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice.
-SPA can be heated for $50/day.
-BOTH pool & spa can be heated for the duration of your stay for $75/day
NOTE: If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.

-No moving indoor or outdoor furniture (beds, tables, etc)

-No parties (special events must be approved by us in advance)
-No drugs or firearms allowed on property. Any illegal activity is prohibited.
-Residential noise: music or noise must be turned down after 9PM
-Registered guests ONLY. No additional people staying in the home without permission
-Please help us be eco-friendly! Kindly turn off lights/AC/heating when exiting the property
-We will charge for excessive cleanup so please make sure to follow the checkout instructions.
-Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $5000, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

NONREFUNDABLE.
-Payment through Airbnb ONLY
-for longer stays: biweekly house cleaning is required (more than 28 days)

I enjoyed all the space this home provided, the tub in the master bathroom was enormous and just so relaxing. The girls enjoyed the games and playing pool. The pool outside was refreshing and big enough to make laps and have fun. There was plenty of seating. All the accommodations were very nice. Communication with Concetta was Fabulous. She answered any and all questions and if there was a need for anything. She provided it quite quickly. Thanks for the extension and working with me and my family. The trash can service was Amazing. I appreciate them who was pulling those garbage cans in and out to the street. What a amazing stay. Thanks for making it enjoyable and entertaining.

This house was perfect for our family reunion long weekend! We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard using the pool and spa. The house was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by and convenient. Concetta was a great help and communicator.

The pool was great! The house was clean and location was close to everything. We felt right at home. This house was exactly as advertised! The little amenities that were included - hand, dish and laundry soap, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tabs - made for a really convenient stay. Not to mention that the house itself was perfect for the 13 members in our family. There were plenty of dishes and serving ware as well as towels for bathing and swimming. We had a couple of little ones and there was a crib and high chair in the house. Concetta was timely in responding to all questions and concerns. We were even able to check in a bit early in order to accommodate nap time for the littles! We were vacationing as an extended family so our goal was to relax and spend time together. There’s only one thing I would’ve changed and that would have been to stay longer!

House was large enough for extended family (eight adults, three children) to live comfortably. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes, towels, and seating. Backyard faces east so there is shade on the pool in the afternoon. Highly recommended!

Concetta's home was lovely and big enough for our group not to be crowded and all on top of each other. I really loved the layout of this home. Having four bathrooms was a big plus for a group of sixteen. The master bedroom was so big and beautiful and beds were comfortable. We decided to cook breakfast and it worked out well. Concetta was extremely responsive and on top of every question.
We really enjoyed this home, the kitchen was huge and we could all eat together all around the kitchen. We notice the guy next door Short-term rental sign, however we never encountered any problems.
The highlight of the home was the pool for me if there is a pool there will be fun. The spa was very very little so it never got used and I wasted money paying for heat that never got used.
The one minor issue we encounted were there all types of items under the bed, had we not drop money on the floor and got down there to pick it up we would have never known. We let Concetta know and she responded prompty to send cleaners out, however we declined due to we were already getting situated in the home.
Overall this house was the perfect size for our group and we had a good time. I found Concetta to be a very responsive and perfect host!!!! Thank you!!!
