If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be assessed a fee of up to $1500.00.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'

The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

The house is very beautiful and was perfect for our large group visit to Scottsdale. We had 12 people and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were lots of places to lounge and hangout. Hosts were communicative.
The pool was HOT, like bath water this time of year, but cooled down after some rain and a few days of cooler weather. Not really a comment on the house but something to think about if you are planning summer travel and hoping to spend time in the pool.
This house has a later check-in and earlier check-out time than most other rentals, and while the hosts were a little flexible with our check-in time we had to pay a fee for early arrival even though nobody was in the house the week prior to our visit.

We had an amazing experience at this property. First, the house is absolutely gorgeous. It was almost too good to be true. It is large, has everything you need, and is perfectly clean and updated. Also, the backyard is amazing - you truly feel like you are in a resort. Our main point of contact during the trip was Randi. She was very responsive and helped us with any questions and requests we had. It was so easy to get in touch with her. We loved this property and would stay again any time!!

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The pool was great and kitchen had about everything you would need. Just keep in mind the check in/check out times are an hour later/earlier than other airbnb's I've stayed in and seems like they use a third party service to do it. They will not even let you leave your bags there. Overall a great house but be prepared to sign your life away and give them a $2500 noise deposit as soon as you walk in.

Came with a large group of guys for golf trip. House was in fantastic shape and has great amenities. Pool table, tv area, and shuffle board table were great. Kitchen is huge and very nice with modern appliances. Enjoyed the pickle ball court, pool, hot tub, putting green we had great weather. The house was very clean and had plenty of comfortable beds. Location was great as it was about 20 minutes from different golf courses, downtown, and other nearby restaurants and bars that we went to. It’s not super close to old town but if you plan on doing activities around Scottsdale and Whitermore central location this was a great spot. Ubers were very affordable.We definitely Recommend for other large groups and would love to stay again if was back in the area.

The house was nice. Pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Service was horrendous.
BE WAREY OF THE AGENT LISA. SHE IS A LIAR.
When we arrived. we told Lisa (agent) that the AC on half the house wasn't working. She says, "oh I told the landlord, she's aware of it." Figuring, someone would come fix it. 2 days later... AC is still not working. I contact Becca only to find out she is completely unaware of the problem.... responded to me with nothing but rude messages because I was "messaging her too early in the morning". What's her solution? To send an HVAC tech to the house and fix it, while 12 other people stand around waiting to go out to lunch.... cant leave some random person in the house????? at least offer a partial refund?
NO AC ON HALF THE HOUSE FOR 2 DAYS????? PAYING ALMOST $8,000 FOR BROKEN AC. LOVE IT.
Also, the grill was out of gas on the first night we were there. I messaged Lisa at 8pm that night to tell her and ask where the extra gas tanks were....she answered me the next morning at 11am.....to tell me she was off that day. Unreal.
During our stay (right in the middle of march madness), none of the TVs have cable.. They have ROKUs and they don't know the PINs to them. they finally figured the PIN out on our last night. GREAT. We couldn't download any apps to watch any basketball games for 90% of the stay. imagine having 12 angry dudes, pissed off at you because they cant watch sports? Thanks team.

Becca's house was an absolute gem! located about 15 minutes from old Scottsdale, it was wonderful location for our group! the house was beautifully decorated and very well stocked for making meals and using the outdoor amenities. communication was proactive, and check in was very smooth! would highly recommend!

I would have loved to have given this a 5-star review. The house was gorgeous and nicely accommodated 16 women, however we came to Arizona from Chicago and were looking forward to utilizing the pool everyday. The pool heater did not work for our entire stay. The host never communicated this to us prior to our arrival. Additionally, it was very hard to get a hold of the host and the entire weekend I was trying to get some help with the pool. We paid a lot of money for this house and for the main attraction of the house to be unusable was very disappointing. The host also did nothing to compensate us in any way for this inconvenience. I would look for another house with all working amenities before you book.
