This home was a beautiful respite in the midst of a difficult time. Our family traveled to PHX to celebrate my grandfather's life. My father is in a wheelchair and travel is quite difficult for him. We were so pleased with the accessibility of this home. He was able to move around easily on the main level and common areas. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Katsura was a lovely host and I cannot recommend this location enough!

This spacious and modern home was truly worth every penny. The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the design! The open floor plan created a sense of freedom and allowed natural light to flood every corner, giving the home a warm and inviting ambiance. The kitchen was a dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample counter space. One of the standout features was the expansive living area, perfect for hosting our whole family. The location of this home was also ideal, offering both privacy and convenience. Located in a serene neighborhood, it provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being within close proximity to everything- stores, restaurants, etc! Lastly, but surely not least- this home was wheelchair accessible for my father and he was able to enjoy himself thoroughly inside and outside of the home. If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat that is worth every penny, this home is an absolute gem!

Hosted our youth & young adult retreat to heavenly perfection ,with many sitting areas to meditate on the things of the Lord.
Rooms are spacious the floor plan allows such a perfect atmosphere for large groups.

I had the pleasure of hosting my engagement dinner at this stunning Airbnb stay, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Katsura, our host, was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect evening. We simply loved Katsura's house. The house is absolutely beautiful and very prestine. The views were phenomenal from the rooftop, so if you like stargazing, you will love this house. Instructions were clear from how to get to the house to how to leave the house when checking out. It had everything you needed to feel at home. 4 of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. only 2 of the bedrooms had TV's. The wifi worked well. Communication with Katsura was great, she was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this house again when in Arizona. Thank you again Katsura for opening your lovely home to us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for my sons wedding, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail in the design and décor of the space was impressive, and the host's hospitality made me feel right at home. The venue for my sons wedding fell through and i immediately asked the host allowed us to do the wedding at the property. it was spacious and beautiful .
The property itself was immaculately clean and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding. The location was also perfect, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and attractions in the area.
One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible views from the property's balcony, which offered stunning panoramic views of the cityscape. The host was also kind enough to provide me with local recommendations for things to do and see, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the unforgettable memories.

Katsura’s place was beautiful and she was a super responsive host. The place was even nicer than what I expected from the photos. Very spacious and bright. It accommodates a large group really well and the price was better than a hotel when shared amounts the group of 3 families. Katsura even was super sweet to send daughter over to drop off the keyboard since the grand piano is only for display. We all loved it! Thank you :)

The home is absolutely beautiful! The photos are exactly what the home looks like in person. The home is spacious and very clean, with nice decor. All the amenities to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is stunning, from watching the sunrise to watching the sunset, I was definitely in awe. And, Katsura is very responsive. The one question that I did have, she answered immediately. I loved this place and hopefully it’ll be available when I’m in town again.

Amazing clean, spacious, house. Neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet with nice views and only 5-10 minutes from lots of shopping and restaurants. We stayed here for spring training and the world baseball classic. Each field is about a 30 min drive but the house was well worth it. Nearby trail/hike was fun and ok for kids. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are huge, beds were comfortable and in addition to the laundry room were extra washers and dryers INSIDE the walk in closets! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This home is really beautiful. It was amazing with my wife and 3 young children spending 6 days here. The house design is awesome with an open kitchen and the two islands is really nice so you don’t have too many “cooks in the kitchen”. At night time the lighting in the house is really underrated, there is lights on each nook and cranny of the house which really light it up. At night you can see the stars and from this elevation you can see the city as well. It is a peaceful area with hiking trails just 2 blocks away. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the noise of the city close to nature with modern amenities this is a great place! I hope to stay here again another time we visit Arizona.

Our family stay was wonderful.
This home actually feels like a home. And the location is lovely. Our grown kids loved doing the hiking trails!
The homes floor plan is super conducive for a family gathering or bringing together of a group of friends.
This house was everything that we hoped for in almost all ways. Really very nice.
We did sadly have to deal with cold water for about 50% of our stay. The hot water heater coils eventually had to be replaced. Things happen at houses. We don’t feel that this was anything that the owners caused and was probably just poor luck. But I guess I’m supposed to write it all here.
The owners were very very responsive. Great really.
We will definitely stay in this home again.
