Please NOTE, that between October and April, additional pool/spa heating fees will apply. I work to maintain them only to cover the cost of natural gas and electricity heating during these periods, when ambient temperatures may be lower then anticipated.
*Waterfalls are non-operation when pool heat is on.
* Pool Heat is set to approximately 80 degrees. $125 per day - PLEASE NOTE - we can only heat the pool for your entire stay, from day of check in through day prior to your checkout day.
A separate payment request ($125 times the number of nights booked) will need to be sent to facilitate this. Notice and payment for the pool heat must be made at least one week prior to arrival date.

Everything about this place was spot on plus an abundance of more....I couldn't believe how extremely well this place is set up!! The cleanliness was pristine....The spaciousness was well placed!!....The amenities were very accommodating and well enjoyed!! Litchfield Park is a new community and growing very fast....Fry's store (which is like a Walmart but better was 2 minutes away. The pool is amazing and well taken care of....We had a severe dust storm according to the news, but it really wasn't terrible as we come from Colorado and our weather can be severe. But, Melina took care of it and put an extra cycle to clean & filter the pool. Overall our vacation was a success and Melina & the Windrose Villa were outstanding picks! Thank you and I would definitely stay again.

What you see is exactly what you get. Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful home that was like a resort, but with a home feel. All was clean, very well maintained and updated to accommodate today's needs in life.
That backyard, amazing! What an oasis.
Beds were comfortable in all the rooms. Lines and towels were very nice, hotel quality. They even supply pool towels for adults and children to use while there. Those were so soft and the adult towels were large.
Check in and out was easy and simple.
The ambience was peaceful, relaxing and the neighborhood was very quiet.
Will definitely be staying at Melissa's place again.

Staying at Melina’s Air BnB was amazing! Everything was exactly as described online and in the pictures and then some! Felt like we never left home - everything was in its place. Being by the mountains was beautiful and picturesque! The only thing we noticed that took a little while to adjust to by the area was making cell phone calls but video calls and work video calls worked well when on the WiFi connection for the house.

First off let me say Melina is AWESOME, from beginning to end she was outstanding. We could not have asked for better service, the check-in was flawless and easy, the cleanliness of the place was outstanding. The place looked exactly like the pictures on the website which is rare. Melina communicated with us throughout the process. It was a great location, and the home was set on the backdrop of a beautiful mountain, and you could sit on the patio in the evening and watch the sunset over the lovely pool that's presented in the picture. This stay was worth every penny thanks again for the remarkable service. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

What a marvelous place! The house is beautifully spacious, designed well and super organized. It was stocked with everything your need including laundry supplies. Haven’t yet found a place this organized and stocked! The backyard is a dream. Landscaping is perfect and has a small putting green and space to do some outside games such as corn roll and ladder ball. The kids thoroughly enjoyed having this available. Melinda was a great host. The small free weights were missing and she had Amazon deliver a new set asap. Wow, that is exceptional! The bedrooms were spacious, nice linens and good size bathrooms. The house is located in a new subdivision and shopping and restaurants are convenient. I highly recommend the rental of this beautiful house.

This home was wonderful! As advertised! We spent a week during spring training. Baseball parks were easy drives. Loved the backyard. Our family enjoyed playing poker in the game room, putting on the backyard green, and having a family corn hole tournament. Beautiful view of hills and stars out bright. Pool is not heated, so a little cold still for March. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed a delightful coffee and tea bar along with a good selection of spices for cooking. Nice grilling area. The home was super clean and beds comfortable. There was even a first aid kit! Internet fast and able to stream easily. Laundry room and laundry supplies were a nice touch. Amazing attention to details and tastefully decorated. Beautiful accent lighting comes on at night on timers. Host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

This house is as advertised! Absolutely beautiful! You can feel and smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk thru the front door. My family and I enjoyed every second and the kids had an amazing time in the pool and backyard. There is something to do for everyone, from poker to pool table to swimming pool. We made memories that we’ll never forget. The host was very accommodating and responsive when we needed help with something and did everything she could to ensure we enjoy our stay. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!
