EXQUISITE HOME WITH PRIVACY! An expansive view of the San Tan mountains can be enjoyed from this beautiful custom home. As you enter through the private gates and huge porte-cochere you will experience custom features at their finest. Double iron doors open to tumbled travertine flooring, with 8" coved base, and custom ceilings throughtout. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. Step outside to a magnificent pool area, waterfalls with slide, 2 grottos and gazebo. Pool cannot be heated.
The space
This 4600 sqft custom villa is located at the base of the san tan mountains. Settled in a safe quite large properties neighborhood with very low traffic. There' lots of hiking, biking and walking right outside the private gates.
Guest access
All house access except garage and one master bedroom closet. No access to back lot. Pool and spa are not heated. Only spa can be heated upon request.
Other things to note
Private gated Tuscan/Santa Barbara designed custom home, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
All bedrooms except 5th bedroom have smart TV's with streaming content and are on fully adjustable wall mounts. Direct TV now, Netflix, Showtime, HBO and Amazon are available.
Resort style back yard with huge pool and entertaining space.

This is my second time getting to stay here and it’s my all time favorite! The house is so comfortable and the outside is a whole other world! - outdoor furniture is also comfortable and everything was super easy to use. Brian has made everything user friendly. We had zero issues the week we were there! Brian was very communicative and helpful with making sure we had everything we wanted to have a great girls trip. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked and lots of coffee choices!We didn’t have to leave the house much, just for some cold groceries. *Ice machine was clutch! Plenty of towels and sunscreen. Really just lots of options for comfort all around the property. I think what makes this place so great is the host. It’s always him you are talking to and he cares about the home. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with that many pool features that worked so easily! Top notch host, hands down THE best. Thanks for sharing your home, Brian!

This place was an absolute dream! We didn’t even feel the need to leave the house. This place makes you feel like you’re staying at your own little resort. We spent most of our time listening to music and being in the pool. We just couldn’t get over how beautiful it was. Since we spent so much time at the house we cooked all our meals and it was so nice that there were spices and other condiments that we hadn’t thought to order readily available. Also, everyone was in agreement that the beds and sheets were so comfortable. Lastly, I just wanted to mention how great Brian was during our stay. We had a little confusion with the fridge and Brian stopped over right away to make sure there wasn’t a problem during our stay.

Absolutely amazing! We loved our trip to AZ and the home was exactly as advertised. Brian was super easy to communicate with, helped us if we had questions and the home was perfect! The amenities were great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Our favorite part of course was the pool! It is just as it looks, a little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back!

Wow!!! This place is lovely! We brought our very large family to spoil the kids for a couple of days and it worked! They loved every minute we were there! My kids kept calling it the castle:) The outside is spectacular just like the pictures show, but the inside is even grander than what we expected! The pool was where we spent most of our time- it was like having a private water park. Brian was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and we would love to stay here again!

This place is amazing. Photos of the backyard don't do it justice. We had 3 families -- 6 adults, 5 kids, and a baby -- and it was a perfect size. One thing the listing doesn't note is the double washer & dryer, which was a wonderful surprise that we didn't know we needed.
We spent a lot of time in the back yard playing yard games -- corn hole, giant jenga, and giant connect four. Unfortunately, we didn't spend much time in the pool because the water was too cold (not heated).
Brian is a fantastic host, and provided all the necessities and comforts that anyone can expect. We hope to book this property again in the future.

This was a wonderful holiday for my family and I. We had a new grand-baby born in the area and wanted the family to be close and celebrate our Christmas together.
The pictures did not do this house justice. It was nicer than we expected. The view was spectacular. The pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit and outside grill area made us feel as if we were at a resort.
There was plenty of everything: dishes, plates, forks, towels, etc top of the line.
Brian is an exceptional host because he understands service and professionalism. He responds quickly to messages he had a beautiful basket with goodies for his guests. He was flexible with check in times as well as our number of visitors due to Christmas. I will definitely go back

This house is great very big spacious super nice pool, big hot tub. The cooking area outside was amazing the flat top grill made the best smash burgers ever. Me and my family stayed in the pool basically for the whole week we were here. Love the double washing machines and dryer huge laundry room. Stove is a little tricky, but works really well once you figure it out. Overall, the house is very nice big bedrooms nice big furniture all bedrooms are king size highly recommend for families trying to enjoy the pool and rest

WOW - I've stayed in some amazing places all over the world and I have to say this place is at the top of my list now! It's definitely the very best Airbnb I've ever stayed at or heard of. As other reviews state - Casa di Fortuna is top notch in every respect. Things that stand out and put this place at the very top of my list of best places to stay: 1) Communication with Brian is quick, easy, clear, and friendly. Brian goes above and beyond to be helpful with detailed instructions on how to use all of the amenities at his place and he's thought of every possible detail. Literally - toward the end of our stay I was TRYING to think of something he hadn't thought of... I couldn't. 2) The pool and backyard - absolutely stunning and no picture can capture the beauty. I was concerned about privacy with neighbors, but it's totally private and I didn't worry we were too loud ever. We followed the rules with music outside and such, but I never worried that just our voices outside might bother someone (as I have at other Airbnb's where you're in a neighborhood.) 3) The kitchen and outdoor grill area are completely functional and so well stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. We cooked for 10 of us all weekend and found everything we needed and then some. 4) Cleanliness - This place is CLEAN. I'm one who will clean an Airbnb when I check in because I'm picky and I didn't need to clean a thing. Impressive for this white glove tester. 5) Peaceful - Every space in the house and on the property is lovely and beautifully decorated. There is so much space that even with a party of 10, we all had space to have quiet time when we wanted it. I could go on and on and on. If you have ANY reservations about renting Casa di Fortuna at all - don't hesitate and BOOK now. You won't regret it for a minute. We will be back!!

Amazing stay! Felt like we were staying at a penthouse suite and the resort style pool was amazing! Directions for pool and entertainment equipment was easy to follow. Would highly recommend using Desert Rose Massage (Erin) in conjunction with Casa do Fortuna. Also, great views in the morning and evening especially on the roof top terrace.
