The space
Our two-bedroom apartment is furnished with two queen beds, and a couch. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Tempe! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Stay in the heart of the action! Located steps away from ASU Campus and from the busiest street in Tempe. With breathtaking views, this community is for those who love to live life. The surrounding area boasts a lively nightlife and will get noisy, especially Thursday-Sunday, sometimes until 3am. Because of the lifestyle of the area, we need to mention that we do not allow parties or gatherings at our suite. Please consider these things when booking your stay with us.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest access
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

The apartment was fairly clean, the views were great, was in the middle of a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Pheonix/Tempe. Overall 9/10!

Location is basically a ASU college dormitory. Unit was dirty, broken appliances, broken sink, clogged shower, stained balcony, hazardous rug, and unit smelled like marijuana. Reported maintenance problems were never fixed. Check in was delayed 45 minutes due to more time needed to clean unit however it was obvious that the unit remained unclean, very dusty and shower and sink not cleaned. Unit needs painting, showers are moldy and water scaled. Kuereg coffee maker is broken flooded counter and not enough paper towels available to clean the mess caused by the coffee maker. Would not stay here ever again. Left early due to numerous problems and unresponsive actions. Probably my most disappointing stay.

Great place to stay in downtown Tempe, plenty of space and nice pool and fitness available. Bit noisy because of the ac of the building just underneath the balcony. Bathrooms are nice but can do with some extra scrubbing because of the Lime scale.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! When I arrived the master bath sink drain was stuck closed. I tried to open it but the handle was broken. I requested the repair as the sink was unusable. They did not come until 4 days later. The shower drain also didn't drain. You stand in 2 inches of water during your shower. They finally came to fix this on that same 4th day but it still did not drain. When they came to fix the sink, they left a mess all over the floor and took the cabinet off the door. They turned off the water and drained the pipes into a bucket underneath the sink. The water smelled terrible, making the entire bathroom smell like something had died. When I called about the mess that the maintenance crew had left they told me they would send housekeeping to clean it up. They never showed up! The next day (my 5th day), they finally came to finish fixing the sink. BUT the building had turned off the hot water to replace the boilers. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME! The water smells like sulphur.
