- Pool and spa heat is not available between April 15th and October 1st.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note that we cannot provide a pool barrier fence at this property. We do not recommend this property for children under 6 years of age. Per requirements in the cities of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and Phoenix we utilize door alarms for all doors with access to the pool area.
- The secluded desert environment of this property is home to many types of wildlife and insects. During the summer months, you may encounter a variety of animals and insects throughout the surroundings of the home. Bees are often known to drink water from the negative edge of the pool at this home. They are typically harmless to guests.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited. The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the Bar Ice Machine and Sink are not functional.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Positives: communication with the host was good, house/spaces are impressive/majestic, gorgeous view, very private, description almost accurate. Easy to access and check-in/out.
Maintenance: large property that has aged. Not everything works (in our case, blinds and the hot tub was not) and nothing of importance seems fixable in a week… Outdoor areas (pool and terrasse) were dirty.

The Coneirge team is wonderful, they got in touch with us soon after booking to ensure we would have everything we would want or need for our stay with them. They went out of their way to provide us with amentities and help provide services at our trip. The place was in great condition and they are very responsive to get things fixed if something was wrong. The location is in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods and very private. The house itself has lots of space, things to do, and is in a good location.

The house is beautiful with great views and wonderful pool but a lot of things didnt work. Most of the sink were clog in most of the bathrooms. The ice maker didnt work. The speakers in the wall dont work. No door bell. No intercom for people at front door. There also was a lot of big spider problem in the house it needs to be exterminated. We found 5 spider and I mean big spiders throughout house. Internet is spotty. The jets in jacuzzi by pool didn't work. The panel on wall for pool it didn't work and no one told us so we are trying to figure it out just to find out that it doesn't work. Lock on door to pool didnt work so it was hard getting in and out of door. Things that didnt work they didnt tell us so we tried to figure it out then we tried calling and leaving a message just to find out it doesnt work. They took 2 days to get back to us. The air hockey game upstairs didnt work. And the movie room there were no instructions on how to work it and where was the cabinet for the sound system so that took up time to figure out. They could have had a note to say which remote to use how to turn on and what does the sound system need to be set to. Also while we were there a man came behind the house to the pool while we ladies were there. No one at Avant Stay told us this man was coming and he came unannounced didnt come to front door, came behind house to pool. In the master suite its all glasses a woman could have been in there changing and a woman could have been at pool and then a man appears. They should have told us at such and such time this man was coming to look at pool.
The house is pretty, beautiful views but things need to be fix are explain to guest what doesnt work.

absolutely stunning view and atmosphere, otherwise really a 3.5 - the gate did not work and this was not mentioned to us, with all the glass it made me a bit uneasy.. especially when pool maintenance or landscapers would show up unannounced and not made aware prior, quite annoying considering those areas specifically seemed hardly cleaned to begin with (fake nails, cigarette buds, busted floats in bushes, dead flowers all around pool and random socks).

No doubt this home is spectacular and the views/location are off the charts!! We rented this as a staycation to celebrate my birthday and shared it with 4 other couples. High level, the house was jaw dropping! But as we moved through the weekend, we did observe some small items that we'd like to share so that others are prepared. With this caliber and size of a home, we had some basic expectations. We planned to cook about half the time and found the home was not equipped with a few basics...colander or large pot to boil pasta. We happen to bring a 12 qt pot knowing we'd be cooking 3 lbs and then was very surprised we had NO way to drain it. If we hadn't brought our own pot , we couldnt have even cooked the pasta. Also, the lights above the stove did not work at all so my husband had to set up a cell phone light to see what he was cooking. The pans were minimal and nothing very large at all so if you plan to cook large meals, it might not be too easy. A few other disappointing items
Plugs in bunk room bathroom did not work, missing TV remote in 1 bedroom, another bedroom has box spring that doesnt fit the frame so it kept slipping off, wet bar sink doesnt work, home audio system not working, took us half a day to locate jacuzzi jets on/off switch (should have been instructions somewhere), blinds in 1 bedroom wouldn't go up, air hockey table not working, couldn't get 1 dishwasher to work. Again...nothing earth shattering but all of these little things started to add up and it was a bit surprising, considering the cost. Overall, I feel the kitchen cooking items could be vastly improved...considering the number of people that are potentially there at one time.
Aside from this, we really did enjoy the home!!!

Absolutely Beautiful home! Our family of 8 do an annual trip the week leading into Christmas and this year chose Scottsdale mainly because of this house. It's rare for all of us to be under one roof so when we are, we like a home that is comfortable and offers amenities... well this home did all of that! The house is enormous and there were some rooms in the home that we didn't use at all. Loved the pool table, foosball, ping pong, & air hockey. Also spent a lot of time on the patio either in the hot tub, pool, or just hanging and playing cards with the amazing views. The theatre room was super! One of our friends has already booked this house on our recommendation. The best!

This stay in Arizona is ideal. The house is as amazing if not more than in the photos and the location is great for all wants - be that bedding into Phoenix, exploring nature, outdoor activities. The Avant stay team is very responsive during. There were some teething issues linked to the horny and cleanliness in the bathroom and cinema on arrival, but team helped to respond to anything else that came up.

Beautiful house and location. We had a nice family vacation at the house. Just a heads up that there are no basic kitchen supplies to cook/prepare/keep food in. Also more bath towels for people and more pool towels to use the speakers in the house and outside do not work. It’s little things but more a heads up in that. The location is great and easily accessible to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

Great house and beautiful location... only issue to be aware of is that this house doesn’t have the internal set up you’d expect of this kind of property. House audio system disconnected, none of the ground level fireplaces worked and never fixed after repeated requests, and no house guide to make electronics etc work... also, there were no basic cooking staples; only salt and pepper!! but the pool and hot tub was warm! Pros: Out of 10 I will give this house and the entire experience a 100/10!!! I would not change one single thing about this house. My entire family truly enjoyed our private family time . I will say this .. it’s much much better than the pictures. The communication with the body was spot on!

Original house had an unforeseen maintenance issue so we couldn’t stay there. The host provided great communication and arranged a great substitute on short notice. Top notch communication and people. I would stay with them again without question.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner. After the website fee is paid by the tenant, the property owner will then email and/or call the tenant to finalize the rental booking.
