Great house in a quiet neighborhood. House is on the older side but Amanda has done some upgrades to it to make it homey and cozy. The kitchen is on the small side but has a variety of supplies to use. The house is clean and seems easy to get to places, including State Farm Stadium.

The house was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. The pool table and ping pong were nice additions. We asked to check in a bit early, because of picking people up at the airport. Amanda was responsive and workable. Everything went smoothly. The house fit our family well, and I will look it up. Next time I am in the area.

The house is very cute, safe and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning works great and the house was a lot of fun to hang out at. No musky smells and everything is updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a little too cold for us to swim. The pool is not heated, which is the norm for Phoenix but just an fyi if you're wondering. Also the master bathroom door is a pocket door and does not shut fully or lock so that was a bit of a privacy issue for us. Still, overall we had a great time! Amanda was very proactive. I never needed to contact her because she was on top of everything. I really appreciated that.
