Rental Property Information

This fun yet cozy, newly furnished home will delight you from the moment you enter. On the main floor you will find a comfortable living room with large sectional and big screen TV. The dining table seats 8-10 and the kitchen is fully stocked so you should be able to create whatever meals you'd like to while you're in your home away from home. Off the kitchen is a game room complete with pool table, sofa and 75 in TV.
The space
The main floor also boasts a bunk room with 4 twin bunks, half bath, and laundry room.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms featuring a master with king bed and ensuite bath, an additional king, two queens and full bath.

Outside you will be delighted by the sparkling pool, fireplace and multiple seating areas just waiting for you to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine!

**please note we cannot guarantee pool heat until about April depending on the weather**

The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival. We want you to have a fantastic time, and are available via the booking site should questions arise.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Nest cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

This was a great place for my family to stay! I’m really thankful Lori allowed for more guests to stop by during one day for my Grandpa’s 80th. The place was clean and spacious, check-in was easy, and Lori always responded to messages.
A couple things to note:
1. There is a $300 security fee that is required through another site. I missed the message and had to do that last minute in order to get check-in details.
2. The hot tub is not included. I felt this was misleading. It is an additional $75/day for the hot tub to be heated.
Overall, I was happy with our stay. The covered patio is beautiful and makes it easy to enjoy the hot weather!

While we had an issue with the pool not heating properly that did not take away from having an enjoyable and relaxing stay here. We look forward to coming back her again in the future. Everything else was great and a stocked kitchen made it easy to make meals at the home. Great hiking nearby! Lori was great to deal with and was responsive in helping us with whatever we may have needed.

This place is awesome! Lori is an incredible and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend this house! My family and I had a wonderful time and we’re so appreciative of how Lori helped us during our stay. The house is in a great location and has so many fun things to do. Doesn’t get much better than this house and host!
