the location was amazing. short drive to old town and new town scottsdale. beautiful house with a great pool. excellent for a family/friends trip. rooms where perfectly sized and beds were Comfy! would recommend this to anyone visiting the area! perfect get away spot to unwind and relax.

Lin was an incredible host. Extremely responsive and was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. This house is a 10 out of 10. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool and pool table were highlights along with the family room which was perfect to sit back relax and enjoy the game. The house is centrally located, extremely clean and has all amenities one would require. Can’t wait for my future stay as there is no other place I would stay than here.

Such an amazing place with a great host! Lin was very responsive and available throughout our stay. He was flexible with our check-in and we had no issues. We were a group of 15 for a Bachelorette and found the location very ideal as Old Town was very close, as was the Airport. The pool was amazing and we had everything we needed. The kitchen had most things we needed for our stay too! There were pool floaties available for us and we brought a couple ourselves. Can’t say enough amazing things about our stay!

This was such a great stay! It was the perfect place to host a small company meeting and house 2 town guests, and some from parts of the valley were too far to drive daily. It was close to Old Town, easy to find, and had all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend it!

Great location, perfect backyard for entertaining and an unbelievable kitchen. We will be coming back on our next visit to Scottsdale!!

The place was great for a bachelorette party. The neighborhood is nice. We walked about 20 minutes to the grocery store, and there is a shopping center too. The living room space is very open, and the rooms have everything we needed. Lin was very responsive and helpful in the lead up and once we were there.

Location to ASU was awesome - easy to get to and from the campus to the house. Host was great; house was nice and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Good value and plenty of space for our large family weekend in Scottsdale/Tempe. Enjoyed lounging by the pool too!

Booked this airbnb a few months in advance and had great communication with the hosts. However, once we got to the airbnb, the house had a few issues: there was a leak in the ceiling, the freezer door didnt slide open, and the lights/fan in the double room was not working. The host was generous to give us $250 credit for the inconveniences. This would generally be fine as I understand a house can have issues but the handyman fixing these issues was giving all the girls creepy vibes. Other things to note: some of the towels were stained and if you plan to stay here, bring your own lotion, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner as none of it is provided.
In addition, when the handyman was fixing the freezer door, we were able to get in a bag of Tostinos and my friend's breast milk clearly labeled. When we got home, my friend was unable to find her breast milk. We found it in the dumpster. When we communicated this to the host, the host pointed the finger back at us and told us it was probably us who disposed the breast milk. What new mother would dispose her own breast milk??? Its liquid gold!
This house was a good location but would not recommend it to anyone else.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and we absolutely loved it! House is very modern and plenty of space, we slept two in each bed and 1 on the couch in the living room. Bathrooms were big with multiple sinks/mirrors etc. which was great for a bunch of girls getting ready.
Super close to old town Scottsdale and anything else we wanted to do! Pool was great as well. The host Lin is amazingly responsive and helped us out a lot with an early check in. Would recommend and would stay again!

This Airbnb was perfect for our large group! Location was great (short Uber/Lyft ride to Old Town, walking distance to Starbucks for morning coffee). The house itself was extremely clean and we loved the open layout. Hands down our favorite part of the house was the pool and outdoor space! Lin was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, would highly recommend for any group looking for a place to stay in Scottsdale!

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. The host responds in literally 2 minutes day or night. I requested for an iron and they had it ordered to the house. We had 9 guests and we fit comfortably. If you’re here for nightlife this is the best place to stay. Everything is 7-10 min away, and Ubers range from 7-12 bucks from X to XL. I highly recommend this place and will make this my regular stay on the next trips back to Scottsdale. Pool was huge and everything was clean. Love love loved this house.

We came to Scottsdale for our friends bachelorette. From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were incredible to communicate with, quick responses and so accommodating to all of our requests. The house is beautiful and welcoming. The open concept was perfect for our group of 11 girls. We all slept comfortably with more than enough room. But our favorite part of the whole place, was the pool and waterfall. The backyard is absolutely stunning and we were in the pool as much as possible! We will miss this place and will definitely visit from Canada again! We highly recommend!!

This place is amazing!! We had my daughter’s bachelorette weekend there and it worked perfect for our large group of 14.
It is very close to Old Town and really anything you want to do while you are in Scottsdale. The home has a great open floor plan with lots of space for large groups or families. It has so many great amenities that we took advantage of. The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and we even used the outdoor grill while we were there.
Lin and Jason were great to work with and communicated throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond to all my questions and even gave me their recommendations on restaurants and night clubs. It really couldn’t have been more perfect. I’m so happy we chose this Airbnb. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

This house is beautiful and in a great location, only an 8 min drive from Old Town. An easy walk to CVS and other stores/restaurants - only 0.5 miles away. We had a group of 11, all of us slept comfortably on a bed with 1 person on the couch. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this air bnb for my sisters bachelorette party. It was a great stay, but of course had a few issues come up. The hosts though were happy to help and certainly did throughout our stay. They were very responsive and eager to make everything right that did go wrong. I still would highly recommend this space. There was plenty of room and bathrooms (we had 13 girls), a beautiful pool, and a short distance to old town.

Lin and Jason were great. Communication is top notch, recommendations were great, 7 min Uber to old town, central to all golf courses. The house is perfect for hosting large groups, the open layout made it easy to host the group of 8, and made it inclusive to share large meals together and enjoy each other’s company. I will 100% rebook when I come back to visit! Don’t hesitate to book, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This house is perfect if you are traveling with a group! We travelled with 4 generations and the way the house is laid out we all had our own space while still being together. There is a master with a private bath. Two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill (sinks separate from the water closet) and a fourth bedroom in the back with another bathroom. There is a fifth bedroom on the other side of the house that we used as an office for the week. The public area of the home is wide open so we were never short on space. A lot of times I find a house can sleep a lot more people than it can accommodate in the public areas for example the dinning table here has 8 chairs. Often a house will sleep 8-10 but only 4 people can eat together. Here you could have 8 at a dining table and 4 at the massive island. This thoughtfulness in accommodating a large group was carried throughout the indoor and outdoor space. The pool, BBQ, fire pit and outdoor dining table made for perfect afternoons and evenings at the house. Last communication with the host was EASY! And they were super responsive. Even small questions / requests were met with prompt reply. We made memories that will last a lifetime at this house!

The photos do not do this place justice, and the location was super close to everything- 15 mins from Camelback Mountain, and 5-20 from any restaurant you'd want to go to. Amazing place and exactly as the pictures show. Everything was brand new and super clean. Only complaint is that there were no blinds in the place but probably because the place was brand new. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here if you get the chance!
