We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom first by choosing high quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I then proceeded to hire an interior decorator for home. We added a 5 burner GE PROFILE gas grill in the kitchen, travertine backsplash in kitchen, built-in Jenn-Air appliances, granite countertops, & much more.
The backyard is the highlight of the home. Everything from the 8 seater table/fireplace set, to the low voltage lighting, to the hot tub, to the pebble-tec pool. The little things like having board games in the family room, a PS3 for your kids, a bar & TV outside, Cable TV in all rooms in the home, and a hammock outside to read a book. .
The home features little things like having lamps that have power outlets in them or putting in USB outlets above the nightstands. I personally have stayed in home and each time I stay here I feel like i am on vacation. The home has a bidet (which is amazing if you have never used one before). When you walk in the front entrance, the LED light automatically turns on.
Each bedroom includes wall receptacles with USB Ports next to the lamps which help charge your hand-held device, tablet or other smart devices charge faster than a normal power outlet (3.4 amps).
I pride myself in being a good host and helping you feel like your at "home" when your on vacation. Please ask if you need any suggestions on what to do or where to go.
**You are entering into this agreement understanding that booking the home requires a incidental fee. We do require a $750 incidental fee when booking the home for any non-AZ residents. For AZ residents, we require a $1500 incidental fee. We will send you the request through AIRBNB after booking. In the event the incidental fee is not paid for, we will not provide a check in code to you. Airbnb's cancellation policy that was agreed to when booking will dictate your refund (if any is due). **

OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
Pet fee $200 total (Max 2 pets with owner approval before booking)
Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:
$200 dollars for the first day
$125 for each additional day.
Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out Fee-$200 per request (when available).
1 BBQ Propane Tank Provided per stay. Extra propane tanks can be purchased for $50 per tank to operate gas firepit table.
Pool is heated to 80 degrees and typically takes a full day to do so. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation, but can be added up to 2 days before your check-in. The fee is non-refundable so only pay for this if you are sure you need the pool heated.
We DO NOT offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 18,000 gallons of water for the property owner.

Other things to note
You will not have access to the garage and 1 closet in the home that we use to store supplies. We do not provide lounge cushions and advise to use a white towel on sun lounge chairs (similar to a hotel). All houses are professionally staged and the majority of throw pillows, blankets, small items to decorate the house are taken out to remove clutter. Bedroom 7 does not have a window but does have a closet.
