The house was amazing. It's even better in person than the pictures show. There are a lot of restaurants and things close by, even though it looks to be far out there. Everything worked. The fire pit was awesome for a relaxing evening outside.

This house has a amazing resort backyard with two different fire places to relax and enjoy your time at. I’m disappointed how many times I was contacted about us being outside and was told we needed to go inside the home by 10pm. I felt I was having to be negative to my group who stayed there and feel stressed about us sitting around the fire. We were enjoying conversations and having good laughs but we were by no means too loud or inappropriate in anyway and we were made to feel like we would have cops or a fine given to us. Honestly made me feel like a child and no privacy since i felt like someone was watching us on the cameras outside. If your going to rent to a group of adults and then contact us for enjoying the amenities then it shouldn’t be offered to a group. The master bedroom is so massive it feels cold. Overall it had potential to be a really nice stay but I advise groups to be ware that they will contact you if you are “too loud” which we were not.

*** Do Not Book this Property *** I rented this place to celebrate my Mother’s 60th birthday week . I had multiple family members from all over the country come out to celebrate this event with me . From “ Day 1 “ this place was a disaster. There is four or five fire places that do not work , pool slide and waterfall don’t work . The pool is dirty and barbecue grill as well . The windows were all dirty and the dryer was not working . None of the tiki torches had knobs on them either so you weren’t able to light them at night . The cabana had no power running to it so no tv or lights for that were working . The hot tub which I paid for ahead of time can not be heated from tablet or remotely because this management company ( Goodnight ) does not have the password from the owner to set it up. We went 3 days before they sent a “ field Tech “ out and he confirmed that nothing is functioning properly like we explained to them through email. He said that he would contact someone to fix these things but they never showed up. Goodnight management company through email began to say things like” Oh well , Things happen , We are not a hotel “ . I insisted that they call me on the phone in which they never did . They continually asked me to send pictures of everything I was complaining about . I took time out of my vacation everyday sending pictures and answering questions about issues with this place. The “ Field Tech “ came 3 times and said to me he is sorry and that there is nothing he can do about the fireplaces , fountains , cabana TV , tiki torches , hot tub , pool waterfall and slide etc…. Day 6 of 7 nothing had been fixed or resolved so I asked for a refund and for the owners number because I am sure they don’t know how terrible Goodnight Management is handling there property. I have a feeling they will try to sweep this under the rug but I haven’t received anything money or apology or solutions to these things that I stated previously. I dare you to try to say anything other than the truth under my post. It’s “ BS “ how you ruined my Mothers 60th Birthday and just pushed me along. I will get in contact with the owners somehow and let them know how you guys are doing hard working people. There is so much more I am leaving out but I have” proof “of everything that I am saying is true. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else with the same expectations I had.

Very beautiful home and area, worth every penny we spent on the place.
Only issues we had was pool was dirty when we came in and some garbage in the lawn which we cleaned first night.
The pool malfunctioned on the first night, so the hosts were very helpful with good communication getting a technician out to fix the pool problems the next day.

This house is massive and great for multi family gatherings.
The only complaints or watch outs would be to ensure enough towels and linens as well as garbage bags.
If you do pool heat in the winter, the pool took 3 days to heat up so be ware of that. Water was a bit cloudy as well and the cabana area was gross and didn’t work. House is a bit beat up but functions well overall.

Be prepared for a good time and a long w all between rooms. Spectacular.
Read the little blue book before spinach anything. There are a lot of tips and tricks in it. Everything from where the switch is for the vent over the BBQ is to pointers on the theater room. Trust me read before you touch you will be happy you did.

Stayed here for my batch party and the pictures you see is what you get. The house was unbelievable and extremely spacious and big. I would highly recommend this house and staying with GoodNight. They were very friendly and helped out with everything I needed. If you are looking into stocking the house and getting transportation. Make sure to ask about the concierge service they work with. Unfortunately the pool was extremely dirty seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time we weren’t able to use pool because of this. We requested it to be cleaned about 5 times and nobody was sent even after telling us they would send someone. Seems like they have no intentions of cleaning pool. Everything else was great but be careful when looking at pool pictures you won’t be able to use it more than likely.

We are disappointed to see this review and do not believe it accurately depicts the situation and homes quality. The pool was cleaned the Wednesday and the Friday before the guests arrived. Due recent monsoons, the pool was cloudy but clean and safe to swim. The guests called on Sunday to have the pool cleaned. The pool company normally does the cleaning on Wednesday, and while we asked if they could get there sooner, they were unable to as many of their clients were having difficulties with their pools due to the monsoons. They did show up on Wednesday and Thursday to treat the pool. When they did show up at the pool, they cleaned but were not allowed to treat the pool with chemicals they way they needed to at the guests’ request. The guests requested they not treat it so they could use the pool. The guests did use the pool during their stay.
We hope future guests looking to book this home take into account the above stated and all other great reviews the home has.
