DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE! I saw concerning reviews & tried to flag/prevent them with REBL before my stay. Everything was still completely beyond problematic/frustrating & I regret not trusting my instinct. Floors were disgusting & had hair throughout; pool/grill was dirty, kitchen counter was dirty, several things were broken including fans/outlets; thermostat was PASSWORD protected. No propane in grill (which was a concern I flagged in advance), no hot water in shower, unexpected maintenance people showing up. Customer service was trash.
Im so disappointed with my experience & would never book with REBL again. I did everything I could to get ahead of these problems others reported & they did NOTHING. I spent more time on my phone and email than anyone should have to on vacation & just as much time worrying about what stranger or problem would show up unannounced next. This trip was for my sisters bachelorette party & I feel that we were robbed of a stress-free/enjoyable experience
