This beautiful and well-appointed home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.
Casa De Palms is a beautiful fully furnished single story (NO STAIRS) 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached full bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both offer a Queen bed and flat screen TV's to sleep 6 comfortably. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress and a Pack n’ Play upon request for your convenience, which can sleep an additional 2 or 3. A 2nd full bath offers a tub/shower combo.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with HUGE flat screen TV, DVD player and real wood burning fireplace. The living room opens to the dining area, breakfast bar and fully stocked kitchen. An additional sitting area with office workspace provided as well. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ, outdoor pool table, putting/chipping green, "Tiki Toss" game, hot tub and DIVING pool! So much to do! Turn on the misting system and the ceiling fans which cools the patio a good 10 degrees or so in the heat of the summer. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! You will also find 4 chaise lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books will keep you entertained for days.
A private garage can park 1 car, along with a 2 car driveway. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa De Palms has to offer! If anything is needed during your stay, just ask your personal property manager…
*Please note the pool is not able to be heated, but you can use the inviting outdoor heated spa at your leisure.

Nice 3 bedroom home a few blocks from N Scottsdale road and plenty of good dining and shopping. The yard is spacious with a large putting green, pool and hot tub though pool was unheated and was too cold to enter in December. The master bedroom has king size bed very comfortable with master bath with two sinks and a sunken rain shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and spacious and we’ll accommodated visiting family. Only negative here is close proximity to Scottsdale airport and large volume of private jets and prop planes flying overhead. Very nice neighborhood. Would stay again.

The pictures were a true representation of what we arrived to. This was a very nicely equipped home with all the games and amenities one could want/need on vacation! Location is perfect and about 20 minutes away from most places you’d want to go and see. The only downside was the lock box on the front door would not open so we had to find a way in the backyard on our own. Other than that the stay was extremely enjoyable and we would absolutely return

The pool area is a fantastic area, comfortable to relax around the pool in the lounge chairs or on the cushioned sofas. the putting green was fun for some putting championships. Wes, the property manager, took care of getting the pool light replaced, as well as bringing over an umbrella for some shade around the pool.
The inside of the house was well-stocked with all of the necessities. The A/C kept the house cool during 100+ degree days. The A/C did go out one day, but Wes had a repairman over the same day and it was back up and running the same day. He is a great resource and very responsive.
The house is VERY conveniently located to anything we needed - grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golf, shopping, gas stations, car wash, shopping, airport, coffee drive-thrus, did I mention shopping? :)
