This luxury single family home offers 4 Kings, 3 Queens; along with 4.5 baths on 2 levels. 4 of the King bedrooms offer on-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom offers a queen bunk bed and additional queen bed. Sleeps up to 14 comfortably. Plenty of living and entertaining space inside and out. Simply slip outside for a relaxing dip in the resort like backyard; equipped with infinity edge pool and spa with views of golf course, mountains and 4 Peaks!
There is a GAME ROOM with a Pool Table, Shuffle-Board Table, Pub Table, large sectional sofa and additional TV for movie watching.
3 car private garage, all linens and towels provided, wireless Internet, cable TV, TV's available in EVERY bedroom as well as the main family room and game room. Pack n' Play and High chair available upon request on 1st come 1st serve basis.
***Please note $350/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure at no cost.
The property is about 25-30 minutes from the Phoenix airport, and about 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale...

This home offered the perfect combination of privacy for couples on and open space to congregate. Wes made check in super easy and was very responsive. I would suggest requesting to heat the pool beforehand in the cooler months as the pool gets really cold and takes a while to heat up. Overall this was a great home overlooking Sunridge Golf course, which is a great course.

We could not have asked for a better experience and time at this property! Our property manager "Wes" was so thoughtful and left us a bottle of wine as he checked us in. He explained the hot tub functions and left us to enjoy the home. Which by the way is WAY better than the pictures. The views can not be described as the sun sets in the evening. Not to mention the beds are SO comfortable. You need to check this property out! Thanks again!

Casa Sunridge was awesome! From 1st contact to checkout was a great experience. Booking was a breeze, and we thought it was reasonably priced for all it offered (ESPECIALLY THE VIEWS AND POOL). Our personal property manager Wes was a pleasure to deal with. He contacted us prior to our visit to arrange our personal check-in, met us at the house as well as gave us a code to easily come and go. He showed us the ins and outs of the house, and let us know he was available if anything is needed throughout our stay. In fact we did have a question about the outdoor TV on the patio, and he quickly responded via text and came out to personally show us what we were doing wrong:). Check-out was a breeze as well. We enjoyed our time thoroughly and can not say enough about the staff; especially Wes; our property manager. We will be back for sure! Thanks again for making our annual trip so special!

Beautiful home perfect for a group

The house is beautiful and has plenty of space for large groups. Communication could be better with the host. Host did go over instructions for pool etc. but it would be helpful to leave a list of directions for reference. Some things did not work including the outdoor tv & pool lights. Had an issue with one of the showers but the host came over and fixed that.

Thanks for your review, and hopefully we can earn a 5 star next time. The TV was repaired and is fully functional outside. We believe the rainstorm took it out; so we now have a cover for it. There are 3 lights for the pool and spa, and they are all functional. One of them had burned out. The shower drain was found slow moving and was repaired on visit. We know issues can arise on occasion, and hopefully we can get them resolved for our guests in a timely manner! We hope we see you back on your next visit!
