Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental in Phoenix! Our spacious and modern home is located in the heart of the city, in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping options. With Kierland Commons Mall just a short 7-minute drive away, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Our tri-level floor plan offers something for everyone in the family. Head to the lowest level and you'll find plenty of entertainment options, including a ping pong table, bar top seating, and a large TV. It's the perfect space to unwind after a long day exploring the city! Step outside into the backyard and you'll find a true oasis waiting for you. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the spa, or challenge your friends and family to a game of giant twister or giant checkers. Multiple covered dining areas provide plenty of space to enjoy a meal al fresco, as well as an outdoor bar and grill. There's even a fire pit and cornhole for those cooler desert evenings!
This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
Due To A New City Ordinance:
• All reservations will go through a verification process
• Please be sure your full name is entered on your reservation when booking
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.

An amazing place to stay, they allowed me to have a small BBQ with friends and everything went great, neighbors were also nice. Everything was great and as described, only flaw was the wet flooded carpet downstairs that made house have a little smell but did not bother us to much and would stay here again

Bottom Line: a good house in a nice area, with plenty of room and a great backyard, but not worth the price due to maintenance and updates that the home badly needs.
Pros: the house is in a great part of town with easy access to freeways and plenty of amenities nearby. The rental company is very responsive and provides clear details and information. The house has plenty of bedrooms and baths for a large group and a nice backyard and BBQ area.
Cons: the home is aging and badly needs repairs and updates. I had to message the rental company daily about things like a broken dryer door, closet lights, broken outlet plate, broken kitchen sink handle, carpet stains and a strong mildew smell in the hot tub. The home is also just in need of updates in general: new paint, new carpet, new furnishings, bathroom refreshes, new linens - all of these would go far to improve the quality and comfort of this home. I don’t feel the home warrants the current nightly rate as is.

I would love to write a fabulous review. But since I was never at the property, and asked for a refund with 47 minutes, of booking, as I was taking care of my elderly father who had just gotten home from surgery, but was denied a refund. Therefore, I’d like to warn all individuals to make sure that they don’t make a human error in booking, or you’ll lose a lot of money!

All was very good except for no heat in the bedrooms upstairs. We slept on the main floor until we could get enough heat from the downstairs to float up to the bedrooms. We communicated with the mgmt company via text for several days but they never fixed.
The pool is not heated so not usable until summer. Hot tub was good though. Outdoor/backyard was very nice to hangout. We would use again if the heater was fixed.

Pretty home and even prettier backyard but…
Ice machine wasn’t working. There was also a lot of items not in the house that were listed on amenity list so that was super frustrating and misleading. They offered a 20 dollar refund and then we never heard back from them. The cleaners did a poor job, there were cigarette butts left in a pot outside and I found a random earring on the couch when we got there. I’m glad I found it before my toddler did.

The house was exactly as described, super clean and well kept. The backyard games (cornhole, checkers, twister, etc.) hot tub, firepit, etc. were the perfect fit for the 3 families that stayed there with little kids. Communication was good and overall experience was great but the only negative is we were unable to connect to the WIFI as they use a 3rd Party website to login into internet similar to when you stay at hotel. Everything else was great and perfect for the family reunion we had in AZ.
