- Per requirements in the cities of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and Phoenix we utilize door alarms for all doors with access to the pool area.
- The guest house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a laundry room, and a living area.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that bedroom 2 is located by the home's main plumbing line and the sound may impact your enjoyment of the room.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Excellent home for our large family! The pool and outdoor area was great. The nice large kitchen made cooking easy. Kitchen was a little sparse in some areas. The house sleeps 20 but really not enough dishes without washing them daily. Only other problem we had was the sound of running water through one of the back bedrooms. It was pretty loud, but still able to sleep there. They were a little slow on the response when we expressed concerns - though it was after hours we didn’t hear back from anyone until later the next afternoon.
Overall a perfect spot to stay and you couldn’t beat the price. Would stay again!!

Due to extenuating circumstances, we were able to switch to another AvantStay property (Sandrock). There was a smooth same-day transition made possible by the AvantStay team, particularly Merlin and Valerie, who were very responsive, supportive, and courteous through the entire process. The main house and casita were very spacious and clean. The backyard was perfect for grilling, relaxing by the fire pit, and taking family photos. Both kitchens had new appliances and were pretty well stocked. The disadvantages were: heat did not work in the bedrooms (uncomfortable for chilly night and mornings), water in casita did not get hot towards the end of the stay, lack of TV’s in bedrooms and kitchen area, no mirrors in bedrooms, broken drawer in refrigerator. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we were satisfied (would give a 4.8 rating). We would rent this property again provided the issues are addressed.

Wow…..Wow…..Wow!!!! Our large party absolutely fell in love with this home. We may even book again for next year:)
The home is so beautifully spacious with all the amenities needed.
THE BEDS ARE AMAZING!!!! We all got up every morning saying we slept sooooo good!! The kitchen is super well stocked. A ton of beautiful serving trays, which is almost unheard of in these larger units. A large living area for everyone to cuddle and watch sports-with a pool table right beside. Huge laundry room, which we didn’t use, but I’m sure would be awesome if needed. The Casita is gorgeous-Brand spanking new. Again, we didn’t need to use the kitchen in there but could have if needed. The Casita was stunning and beds were amazing there as well. The backyard is awesome…. Tons of room to relax, beautiful Lemon trees (we used a few in a marinade… super special)., beautiful, good quality furniture etc.
The Master Bath was an amazing surprise-something straight out of a top-end Vegas hotel. All-in-all, I would HIGHLY recommend this property for your large group-you won’t be disappointed!
