Nice place. Quiet neighborhood, although next door had a bachelorette party Friday night, but it wasn’t bad at all. There were ZERO amenities in the house such as coffee, coffee filters, bottled water, snacks, ice in the ice maker, cream/sugar, spices, etc. None. I was not expecting the place to be stocked full of food and drinks for us, but I wasn’t also expecting it to be sterile, and it was. Check out instructions stated to start the dishwasher, but that was sterile also, no dishwashing detergent that I could find. Other than that little bit of missing hospitality, it was a good place. We did find a great Uber who offered to stock whatever we wanted for our next trip. This place was nice and quiet, and quite a distance from Old Town Scottsdale and other such venues to enjoy the nightlife of AZ. With that said, I am from TX and appreciate a more hospitable feel. This had corporate managed property minimal feel.

We had 9 guests, 7 adults and 2 kids - was perfect size for us all as we each had our own bedroom with out the need to share. House was quiet, pool was perfect size, pool table was a fun add-on. Had problem getting the upstairs cool enough to sleep at night so if you are staying in the heat of summer, you'll want to make sure you can adjust the thermostat to lower temps. No blow dryers. 2 large refrigerators but neither had ice maker, dishwasher worked excellent. only 12 cup coffee pot so we had to make several pots each morning. Well located and near a park if you are a walker

We had a great stay. The house comfortably fits 12+ adults and it is actually bigger in person. We ran low on toilet paper and they dropped some off right away. We had a great stay! Definitely bring more beach towels and a speaker if you’re entertaining outside.

For the price, I feel as if the place could’ve been a little more updated. Pool lights don’t work, the irrigation system had a big hole in the hose and flooded the back yard. The ice maker in the kitchen fridge didn’t work. The place was decently clean and very roomy for the 12 of us, with lots of hot water to go around. We had a good time despite the few mishaps we had.

This house was in good shape. The rooms were all spacious. The A/C worked great. Having the swimming pool, corn hole, pool table, shuffle board table, and fuse ball ensured that there was always something to do at the house.
The kitchen had everything that we needed. I would definitely rent it again!

Great place. booked it for my 29th bday and it slept 10 adults comfortably.. more than enough room, and great amenities. we were very entertained. Location is good, but i also had a rental car. everything is about 20-30min for night life or down town Phoenix. 15-20min from the airport.. loved the pool. only negative i have we were not able to check in sooner than 4pm, and we had a morning flight and had to kill time with our luggage, but it was due to covid restrictions, its policy but i did not like it. Great place thought I'll stay again!

I could not believe how clean and spacious Vacasa was. The pictures do not do the space justice. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the kitchen has everything you need. Four couples stayed at the Airbnb and with my sister who lives locally we had a total of 13 people for dinners etc. The pool table, corn hole and shuffle board were so fun! We would not hesitate to stay here again. We all travel frequently for work and holidays and have stayed at many Airbnb's. This one did not disappoint! The location is great and the host was quick to get back to us to answer questions. Fantastic experience.

Gas grill did not work but host credit us compensation. There was not enough towels as we had to wash towels everyday. Some of the lights in the rooms did not work. Otherwise, it was a fairly decent place to stay.

An added bonus was all the boys were entertained by the pool table, shuffle board and foosball table! Great location and amazing house. The host was very responsive and made me feel very welcome.
