This house was awesome! Layout is great with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Backyard is incredible with pool, jacuzzi and putting green. Lots of areas to hang out. Definitely the highlight of the house along with the bunk bed room! That bedroom is great for large groups, especially a bachelorette/bachelor party where people don’t mind sharing a sleeping space. There are two large walk-in closets connected to the bunk bed room and a huge beautiful bathroom. Hosts were also excellent with communication and expectations!

This place was perfect for a 14 person bachelor party. Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The instructions were clear, the house was even bigger in person, and it was a very short ride to the main bars in Old Town Scottsdale. I highly recommend for larger groups.

We LOVED our stay. The house was very nice with plenty of space for our large group. We loved being out in the backyard by the pool and the putting green got lots of use! Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order during our stay but the hosts were very responsive and helpful...even refunded a bit for the lost amenity! The hosts communicated with us often as we prepared for arrival and were very helpful once we had checked in. Our group was very happy with the location and proximity to Old Town, not walkable really but the Ubers were not too expensive. We had a great trip and loved this house!

Blaine’s house was just as listed…spacious and comfortable with a variety of amenities and enough private spaces to allow 8 women to feel at home. The bedrooms with individual beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, blankets and closet/drawer space. The larger room with the bunk beds and sofas allow for group gatherings just like the open living room/dining room. The outside patio with the dining area, pool, hot tub and putting green were lovely (we didn’t use the pool/jacuzzi due to the chilly temps). The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, blender, condiments and some carryover liquor🤗. The wine upon arrival was a nice touch, yet we needed to purchase wine glasses as there were none in the house (minor concern). I believe this house could suit a larger group easily, especially those with kids. Blaine was very proactive and responsive to ensure we had access, info on the are & understood the expectations of using his home.

Blaine and Alan were incredible hosts. Every easy to communicate with made you feel so welcome. We had a problem with the hot-tub and alan came out right away to check it out. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. We had 25 guys and everyone slept comfortably. If I ever make my way back to Scottsdale, id be sure reaching out again.

This house is PERFECT for a big group! I had my sisters bachelorette weekend here and all of the bathrooms made it easy for us girls to get ready.
