PARKING: Large circle driveway can fit multiple cars, but there is no guest access to the garage
Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
