Entering the house you will be taken away with the brand new furnishings and very stylish design. The two story house has 5 bedrooms/ 2.5 bathrooms. It includes an entertaining room with a pool table. Soak up the sun in the resort style backyard with heated pool. Book today!
The space
The house is spacious, modern, and comfortable and located in a safe and very conveniently located neighborhood in the heart of Kierland.
The bright and open home is located on a cul-de-sac street. Some of the updates in the house include new wood-look Italian porcelain flooring downstairs and a contemporary fireplace in the great room with LARGE flat screen TV mounted above it. The kitchen features nicely upgraded cabinets, countertops, and a huge island great for entertaining.
Relax in the oversized downstairs master bedroom with a sitting area and large walk-in closet. The recent remodel in the master bathroom includes a 6 foot soaker tub and dual controlled shower heads in the separate shower.
There is also another second bedroom on the 1st floor which includes two full beds ( sleeps 4 comfortably).
This flexible floor plan includes a bonus room/ game room on the main level that includes a brand new pool table and trendy decor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with walk-in closets, and a recently remodeled bathroom. The first bedroom includes two twin beds ( sleeping 2 comfortably), the second bedroom has a queen bed and full bed ( sleeping 4 comfortably ), and third bedroom has a queen bed ( sleeps 2 comfortably ) and private work desk.
Enter the resort style backyard and take a swim in the private pool which is yours to use whenever you want during your stay. The spacious backyard includes a BBQ, corn holes, a covered patio with plenty of sitting! This will become your house you book every time you come back to visit Scottsdale.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, driveway, pool, & backyard.
Other things to note
Backyard comes equipped with lounge chairs, corn holes, and much more.
NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***.
All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***
No smoking inside the house, only in the backyard and within 10 feet away from the doors! If you smoke inside the house you will be issued a $500 fine.
Please respect the neighbors, neighborhood, and quiet hours past 10 pm daily. Absolutely NO parties or events are allowed at this property.
Pets allowed at flat rate of $120 per pet. Please pick up after your pets! If any remainder droppings are left there will be a $50 fee issued.
Pool heat is INCLUDED during your stay the months of November- March, the maximum temperature the pool heater obtains is 85 degrees, so all guests acknowledge this.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at George’s home. The home comfortably accommodated 14 family members ranging in age from infant through senior citizen. The house is very conveniently located and offers close access to points of interest in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas. It was also a good launching point for a day visit to the Grand Canyon, and for half day trips to Sedona and the Sonoma desert areas. Excellent restaurants and shopping areas are very close by. George is a very gracious host, who responded gracefully to our inquiries and needs.

Stayed here with three families all with kids - and it was great! Stand out features are a master bedroom bigger than you can imagine, wide open living room with a huge couch that seats at least 8 adults, three walk in closets that fit pack and plays (vital for travel with babies!). The pool was well protected with a fence, and basketball hoop in pool was a huge hit. Perfect location (super close to Kierland Commons and several grocery stores). 30 minutes to many spring training facilities. Clean, tons of towels. We will seek out again on our next spring break. We visited Scottsdale for Spring Training with our daughters and two grandkids 4 and 7. I specifically wanted a home with a heated pool as I knew the weather was unpredictable. The pool was great and warm and the kids enjoyed swimming every day! The home was spacious and clean. The home was in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. We would have preferred one more bathroom, but it all worked out just fine! We did have to drive around 20-25 minutes to Scottsdale Stadium to watch the SF Giants but we were able to find parking and enjoyed eating in Old Town. George, the owner, was responsive to all of our questions and concerns.

George was quickly responsive to questions. Given we were coming in a cooler month, I asked for an outdoor propane heat lamp so we could sit outside and George provided one! That was a wow. Pool was beautiful and fruit trees in backyard a real treat for the kids. Location very convenient to shopping, hiking and restaurants. 30 minutes to phx airport Beds comfortable and the house was great for our multi family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay at George’s house! 10 of our family members spent two weeks over the holidays. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean, and the layout of the house was conducive for all ages. The kids napped and slept upstairs away from noise, and my 80 year old parents stayed in the Master Bedroom downstairs and were able to easily socialize or get away for a rest when needed.
The beds were comfy! The Mstr Bdrm shower has two shower heads with great water pressure. The patio had plenty of seating, and the pool was fun for the kids, a little too chilly for the adults due to the colder than usual weather.
Overall, we had a great stay! George was very responsive and kind if any issues arose. We highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Our golf group of 8 traveled to Scottsdale (North Kierland, more specifically), April of 2022. This home is spacious, updated, and most importantly, every person had their own bed. With the exception of a few small repairs needed here and there due to recent upgrades, the house was perfect. The pool was prepped and ready for our visit and after each round of golf, that is where we spent most our time. Kitchen was well appointed with new appliances, and enough dishes/glassware for all. Bathrooms were stocked with the essentials, plus there was an abundance of pool towels as well as bath towels.
As a host, George was responsive from the time of booking right through to checkout. Our early arrival time was accommodated without objection. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a large comfortable home, centrally located to several golf courses, with grocery and liquor stores also nearby. Enjoy!

George is one of the most wonderful and friendliest hosts I've had the pleasure of renting from across all rental sites. He is super quick to respond to any questions you have before and during your stay. To be honest, I never had to contact George for anything during my stay because everything about the house was perfect. Getting into the house was easy as you use a code given to you by George about 24 hours before your check-in time. The house was stocked up with everything we needed for the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. Working the AC/Heating system for the house was simple. The house was immaculately clean - probably the cleanest house I've stayed in. The main floor has a great amount of area for hosting your group. We spent a lot of time in the living room playing music from the smart TV or hanging around the kitchen island.
The backyard has a wonderful pool that was heated - the month of March in Arizona can be chilly at times. There are these beautiful orange and lemon trees within the backyard which were adorable to view while lounging around the pool.
The rooms within the house are very spacious. My group had nothing but great things to say about how comfortable all of the rooms were.
I would not hesitate to choose this house again for my next stay in Scottsdale, Arizona! Thank you George for making our girl's trip a great one!
