Welcome to the Palo Verde home. Our team of professional interior designers and decorators worked hard to ensure that this home is your ultimate desert escape: complete with modern green accents, upscale amenities, a glittering heated pool in the backyard, and all the comforts of home. Our newest luxury home is perfect for large groups of friends, family, or colleagues.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.

Please note that one-night stays on the weekend or reservations that start or end on a Saturday may be subject to an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Touching the pool equipment is prohibited because of how easily it can break when it is not adjusted properly. Guests found touching the pool equipment resulting in damage may be fined accordingly. If you need assistance with the pool, please reach out to us, we are happy to help!
This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. Please also refer to Schedule A in the Agreement between Guest and Host for a table of fees assessed for violating terms of the Agreement or Policies outlined therein. This is not a pet friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our large group of girls. Plenty of bedrooms that were nicely decorated, and the beds were all comfortable. The backyard was the star! The pool was perfectly heated. Everyone had an amazing experience and felt so comfortable in the home. Would definitely recommend staying with your group at Angela’s home.

We had an amazing time staying at Angela’s place. She was the perfect host, always responding quickly and accommodating any requests we had. The house is centrally located and was a quick ride away from all of downtown. The backyard is a private oasis! Very clean and the perfect amount of space to accommodate a large group. Home was in a great location for our visit. Our nephew was married in Paradise Valley and the home was a quick Uber trip to get there. Old town Scottsdale is quick car ride away. There is a Safeway just down the street, very convenient. Easy to get to and from the Airport. The home had plenty of room and rooms for my large family that stayed with. Rooms were comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was nice. We spent most of our time in the backyard with the pool. Casino is also very close if you enjoy gambling. Check out was super easy and we would stay here again. Angela also answered any questions we had.

The attention to detail in this amazing home is truly remarkable. With every room and space beautifully designed and decorated, balancing the feel of an upscale resort with the comfort of a cozy home. This home is packed with every amenity one could ask for.
The highlight of the property for us was the outdoor living. The heated pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and provided the perfect way to relax and unwind.
What really made our stay exceptional was the great communication from both the host and the property manager. From the moment we booked, Angela was incredibly responsive and helpful. There were printed instructions for how to use everything in the home making everything stress free and easy.
Our stay could not have been better. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable vacation in a one-of-a-kind setting. Thank you to the host and property manager for making our stay truly unforgettable and for saving our vacation!

Angela and the House were amazing! We checked into a different property and there was no way we could stay there with our family. Angela was amazing to work with and get us approved and into the property within an hour, which saved the day since most properties don’t do same day check-ins much to our stress and dismay.
The home was better than the pictures, clean with tons of space and 4 bathrooms which is amazing when you have boys with you. The heated pool was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. Quick uber/Lyft or golf cart ride and your in Scottsdale next to amazing restaurants and the mall. This couldn’t have been a better place for us to wrap up our mini vacay and baseball tournament for my nephew!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The layout of the home was great, with an open-concept kitchen to the living and dining room. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms on one side of the home, and 4 bedrooms on the other side for privacy. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature that allowed us to use it every day, despite the low 60s weather we had. We also used the hot tub every day, with the temperature at 103, ahhhh! We enjoyed all the restaurant options that were just minutes away. There is a Safeway about 2 minutes from the home, which made it very convenient. The home was stocked very well with everything you will need for your stay. I would recommend visiting the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, which is about a 20-minute drive. There were many easy walking trails, and we took many beautiful sunset pictures that will remind us of our trip to Scottsdale :)

Many of us were unfamiliar with the Phoenix area and didn't know what to expect. Angela's (Heirloom's) house was clean, the kitchen was equipped well with enough cutlery, glasses and plates, and the yard was well tended to and surrounded by fruit trees. There is are a lot of eatery options a 6 minute drive away.
The amenities were lovely though the pool could have been heated more as a local resident told us it was unseasonably cold for Phoenix at the time we were there. We didn't end up using it at all.
We did find the house had many excellent options for meeting and gathering which was great. Having multiple bedrooms was ideal for our retreat as we each had our own space to decompress after busy days!
Some areas of the house, particularly bathrooms can use some little extra TLC and repair. I also think the bedrooms with bedspreads could use a blanket for the colder nights (dropped into the 30's while we were there). We did eventually find the thermostat and turn on the heat.

Beautiful home and amazing outdoor space! Beds were extremely comfortable. Nice amenities. Angela had great communication and response. Time to questions was impressive!
The only hiccup was the internet seemed a bit spotty and we couldn’t get internet for the TV for Netflix and Hulu but could’ve been just us? Otherwise such a great home and just down the street to Old Town Scottsdale!
