Entertaining 5 Room Lock-Out Golf & Lakeview Villa Suite approximately 1100sf sleeping up to 8 people with 5 Kings or 10 Twin Beds, 3 Bathrooms, 3 Kitchenette-Bars, Plasma TV with Cable TV in each room, 2 Balconies overlooking golf and lake. Our Golf Villa Suites are highly upgraded and in the best location with walking distance to several restaurants, bar and shopping. Suite does not belong to a rental pool, instead it is rented directly from us the owner/managers, and therefore you are getting the absolute lowest rate and upgraded interior from owners that care.
There is a heated pool about 100 yards away at next door hotel that most villa guests in the community use by having lunch at the pool bar or restaurant. Since the pool does not belong to the private home owners and the hotel have to be POLITICALLY CORRECT to their high paying hotel guests so IF you were to ask them if you can use their pool they may say NO. But normally if you purchase something in the bar or have lunch there is no problem.
You can also walk to LA Fitness in McCormick Ranch in about 10 minutes and use the Health Club Facilities and pool for only a $10 per day.

Really cool two floor space with awesome bedrooms. We were given the option to divide the queen size beds into twins which was perfect for our large group of singles. Great spot for a large group of golfers on McCormick Ranch.

This home is located in a prime location to restaurants and stores. My family and friends of 11, had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to be comfortable in the space. The house has really great soundproof walls, even with an infant crying at 3 am (part of my family), none of the other guests in the house heard. The actual living room/dining area was a little cramped, but Ann & Lars provide us with the layout of the home, so we were well aware of the space at the time of booking. House was clean and well lit. The kitchen is fully stocked. Bathrooms are fully stocked.
Ann & Lars are awesome hosts. Very communicative and were always making sure that we were going to be comfortable. I also appreciated the email on the best locations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening entertainment. Andy, the Greeter, was great, explaining the layout of the home when I first arrived.
Very important and appreciated was that all our contacts, Ann, Lars, Andy, and JoAnn (the housekeeper) all responded within an hour's time.
When we needed the temperature adjusted, Andy was on it within a few minutes.
I definitely would recommend this home to a group with multiple families getting together.

It has sitting nooks (inside the bedroom and sliding-door off the bedroom leading to the outside sitting area) located in two of the bedrooms.There is only one dining gathering area that brings everyone together. This was the absolute worst Air BnB I’ve ever booked. The bedrooms were not clean... hair and spots on the bed spread, bad smell, dust everywhere, towels were not clean, molded lemon in the fridge, dirty dishes, and prior to my arrival the host agreed to have it ready early which she did but never showed up after saying “I’m 30 mins out” ... this place is terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I booked a completely separate place and left ... my family that just needed a place to sleep stayed there. Ann & Lars’ place is unique. If you are looking for a place for bodies to sleep then it is great. If you are looking for a place to spend time with family and friends it certainly is not. The common area is very small and uncomfortable. The beds are comfy but the comforters are twins size so you have to sleep with twin size comforters for a King bed. The Nespresso and soda machine are great! And if you like Tv there are LOTS of TV’s.

Best Bachelor or Bachelorette party Villa int he city and very affordable. It's never easy to find a location close to the main attractions that can house 16 plus individuals.
We were allowed to check in earlier and check out later with proper communication addressed to Theresa (who was very accommodating by the way).
The location has a great set up for large groups and allows for the use of amenities and golf pay (discounted) at the local course. There is a large pool with great local residents there that were very helpful with local attraction.
We were a short drive away from Camel back mountain as well for very experienced hikers
and 12 mins away from the Day and Night clubs - Pool parties etc..
The place was stocked with goodies and also towels, shampoos, conditioners, and soaps for the whole party. The BBQ and hot tub were a huge hit for everyone. We will be re-booking for trips in the future.

For example, we were a larger group (16+) of graduate students starting our final trek in the SW region and they were able to provide twin beds for all of us which was nice :) Theresa (one of the hosts) was very responsive and the directions to the place was very clear. It is really great for a big group because all of the rooms are separated and there are TVs and separate bathrooms. It was really great.
I was worried about the common area (the pool) being accessible, but it was really easy to use and we didnt feel out of place.

We rented this place for Ironman Arizona because of proximity to Tempe. I had a large group of family and friends come (14 total and 1 toddler). We had more than enough room for each. The listing it's very spacious. All the beds were comfortable. I will rave on the hot tub, because after a 16hrs race, that's all I could think of. Theresa, the caretaker, was quick to respond whether it be by phone, text or email. I highly recommend this rental!

Ann & Lars' place was extremely well suited for a large group and situated right on the McCormack golf course. We took advantage of this location to get downtown with ease and play 18 everyday. The house has plenty of beds to suit even the largest parties, we had 15 ourselves. Each person had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and the home is equipped with lots of seating for hanging out as a group. I would absolutely recommend this villa for anyone coming to Scottsdale!

We had a great experience. Our host gave us all the codes necessary in advance to arriving and then met us upon arrival with a couple bottles of sparkling, fresh strawberries and a nice bouquet of flowers. She did a thorough tour with us and let us know that if we needed anything don't hesitate to call. We had little to no issues throughout the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch, hotel pool was clean and well maintained. We had everything we need to ensure our group had a great time.
