Very nice clean place with good location. Probably won’t rent again due to ridiculous deposit of $3,000 required which was charged months in advance. If you want to avoid that you are forced to buy their insurance.

Myself and three other golfing buddies just completed a three night stay at the property. Ideal for our annual golf/spring training baseball. Each had individual bedrooms and shared two bathrooms. Plenty of space to relax in the nicely furnished home after round of golf prior to the evening baseball game. Having the hot tub and pool table was a bonus. We all enjoyed our stay and positively recommend the home. Also, the management company went out of their way to accommodate our late night arrival (thanks Theresa!). This was truly a five star stay.

The house was in a great location, very clean, quiet, and in good condition. The hot tub was in good condition and enjoyed. Pool table was also enjoyed. The house had a few maintenance items that need some attention. As example, the patio door to hot tub lock was broken and door was secured with a wooden rod. A few fixes would put the house in exceptional condition. Bath soap and shampoo were very minimal and there was not any Kleenex. Only item missing was the garage door opener remote. All in all we were very satisfied with the residence and would rent again.
