The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. It is ultra modern and updated in every way. Check in and out were easy and it is in a great location, close to restaurants, Old Town, airport... it could have been cleaner when we checked in (everything including the floor were very dusty and glasses were all mostly dirty), but otherwise, we would stay here again. The owner was also very responsive to all of our questions/requests.

We travelled as a couple. This home had everything we needed and was presented to a high standard. The home was as per the photos in the listing and everything was really clean. We spent a lot of time outside and the outside area is great, the pool large and had a deep end depth of over 6 feet which was a nice surprise compared with pools we have had in other rentals The owner has recently added new loungers which have enhanced the seating options. There is also a bbq which we didn't use but looked very clean. We stayed during the really hot wether in June so the curtained patio gave some relief from the sun. The price was very competitive against similar properties we viewed. Communication with the owner and management company was good and they were responsive to questions and providing information. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

Loved this house. It was exactly as you see in the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed to stay for a week. We had a hard time leaving the house to go out to eat or just on the town because we were so relaxed and comfortable here. My husband, myself and our 2 teenage twin girls stayed for 8 days and we wanted to stay longer. Location is great and quiet, you are just a short drive from Old Town and a 20 minute drive into Kierland. The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating area we spend 95% of our time in. The only suggestion that I would have that would have made it a big more comfortable would be some nice lounge chars at the pool area. There is one lounge chair now, and it is doable, but not comfortable or great for sunning....BUT that would never change my opinion of this property. We are looking at our spring break for next year in hopes to return for even more days. Oh, and the management team is amazing. They are responsive and so accommodating, couldn't be happier.

The place was clean, central for everything we wanted to do, and had more than enough space. The kids loved the pool. We would definitely rent again if we're ever back in Scottsdale.
