This beautiful and well appointed home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the new Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.
Casa Kierland is a beautiful fully furnished 2-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, workstation with printer and attached full bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds to sleep 8 comfortably. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress and a Pack n’ Play upon request for your convenience, which can sleep an additional 2 or 3. A 2nd full bath is located upstairs, and another half bath on the 1st floor.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with large flat screen TV open to the fully stocked kitchen. A separate living room offers plenty of seating to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails which opens to the formal dining that can seat 10 comfortably. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ and built-in wet bar with full size fridge. A flat screen TV hangs above the wet bar to round out the outdoor experience. Turn on the misting system and the 3 ceiling fans which cools the patio a good 10 degrees or so. The desert in the winter cools off in the evening, so use the outdoor patio heater to still enjoy the desert sky. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! The patio opens to a large grassy area for play. The private pool is entered through a child-safe view fence sourrounded by built-in Tiki Torches to enjoy at night. This diving/lap pool offers a diving board and basketball hoop. An attached spa is perfect for those chilly desert evenings. You will also find plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books, along with a marble chess set will keep you entertained for days.
A private garage can park 1 car, along with a 3 car driveway and RV gate if you are traveling with an RV. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa Kierland has to offer! If anything is needed during your stay, just ask your personal property manager…

OUR VACATION RENTALS - conducts thorough research and training on all owners and property managers to provide the highest standards of vacation rentals. All guests must be aware that our Vacation Rentals are NOT a property management company and holds no liability for this action including, but not limited to: maintenance of properties, check/in and check/out services, cleaning services, and any other actions that are the responsibility of the owner or property manager.
CHECK-IN AND OUT - Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A charge of half one night’s stay will be applied for departures after 10:00 AM. Check-in and out times must be confirmed by us in advance.
PROPERTY KEYS – One key will be provided in the unit lock box and a second set upon property walk-thru.
NO PETS ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY US PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
AGE REQUIREMENTS - Our Vacation Rentals and affiliates require a minimum age of 25 year of age for reservations. Our Vacation Rentals and affiliates reserve the right to refuse to rent a unit to any guest less than twenty five (25) years of age at all lodging properties. Individuals less than 25 years of age unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians will not be allowed to check into a property unless written permission from our Vacation Rentals in given. In the event that written permission is not given and individuals under the age of 15 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian occupy the property, it shall be cause for immediate eviction of such occupancy without further notice and no refund of any fees will be made to such guest(s).
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY – Guests will incur a minimum charge of $500 for proper cleaning if smoke is detected after departure.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - No additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy. No parties or large gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy. No exceptions. Contract will be cancelled if violated.
HOUSEKEEPING – The unit will be set-up with bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for other household and personal supplies. Occupancy does NOT include maid service. Maid service is available for a separate charge if requested.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE - A 25% charge is due at booking and the remaining balance due Thirty (30) Days prior to arrival. All properties have a security deposit of $300-$1000 that will be returned within 7 days after departure, as long as no damages incurred. Some properties may have a larger security deposit and will state the exact amount in each reservation placed.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of total bill minus cleaning fee and security deposit fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus security deposit and cleaning fee. At the discretion of Latitude 8, changes to reservation dates made (30) days or less prior to arrival will result in a rescheduling fee of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00). We are not responsible for inclement weather or other forces of nature. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be refunded except in the event of mandatory evacuation. For occupations during Holiday and Special Seasons all monies are non-refundable upon payment.
LIABILITY & INTENT - NEITHER WE NOR THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO GUESTS BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER OCCUPANCY. Latitude 8 and its owners are NOT RESPONSIBLE for theft, lost or stolen items, or items left after occupancy. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused.
SUBSTITUTION - Guest acknowledges and understands that should the property become unavailable for Guest’s occupancy due to the sale of the property, maintenance or repair, or other similar circumstances, company may substitute property with best available comparable accommodations or elect to refund the guest without penalty. Latitude 8 and its Agents may enter premises for the purpose of inspecting damages, maintenance calls, and/or any emergency situation.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - The Guest may not keep hazardous, poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances that could endanger the Property or neighboring properties in any way. In the event of fire the Guest shall cover the damage and loss caused thereby to the Property Owner. The Guest undertakes that he will not allow illegal or immoral acts to take place at the Property, and that will not use it in a way that would constitute damage to neighbors or which could imply a bad reputation to the Owner.
