We really enjoyed our stay here. We rented a 3-bedroom condo for our family of 5, and we were very pleased with the amount of space we had. The facility is very well kept, and the pool area is absolutely lovely. The "adult" pool is rather small, so we typically stayed by the main pool, which was fantastic. Lots of chairs, tables and umbrellas, plus a huge box of children's water toys -- balls, floaties, etc. -- which I thought was very nice. (We've stayed at resorts previously that require guests to buy water toys, which always stinks.) The location of this resort is also great; it's very close to the 101, so you can get anywhere you need to, quickly and easily. It is right by the Scottsdale airport, so there's a lot of airplane traffic, but mostly smaller, executive jets so it's not as noisy as it might be near Sky Harbor. Also, we did have a small problem with the hot water in one of the bathrooms -- but I let the front desk know, and they immediately apologized and had someone over to fix it that morning. All in all we were very pleased with the condo and the resort, and we would definitely stay here again.

How to search for rental properties on our site...

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner. After the website fee is paid by the tenant, the property owner will then email and/or call the tenant to finalize the rental booking.
