Spectacular views span the southern reach of Mummy Mountain, west across Paradise Valley to Squaw Peak ( Piestewa Peak ), and north all the way to Desert Mountain. The east side of the property is the massive lighted granite cliff wall of the mountain itself that features a cascading waterfall flowing into a poolside pond.

This split-level home also features a 1200 square foot master suite on the upper level that is highlighted by a large built-in tub, separate walk-in dual shower, large lighted makeup area, king size bed, walk-in closets and fireplace. Large sliding glass doors open onto the master balcony where panoramic sunset views of phoenix include the paradise valley and mountains to the west and extend 30 miles north to desert mountain.
