Located on one of the LARGEST RESIDENTIAL LOTS in all of Lake Havasu City, this former "model home" has three bedrooms, two baths, a Super Game Room and is on only 3 1/2 blocks from the London Bridge. The huge game room has a shuffle board, foose ball table, basket ball hoops, pool table and air hockey. The huge circular drive way, has plenty of parking for any thing you can pull. This home has a an incredible view of the lake, that's why its called the "Million Dollar View."
