Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community.
This is a nicely appointed upper level condo located in the gated Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs community within 150 feet of both the Canyon Pool and Sunset Pool, the latter of which can be seen from the balcony. The unit features a full-size patio balcony, accessible from two sets of arcadia doors, overlooking the community. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop while you dine outside or sip your morning coffee.
The modern 1100 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room and can sleep up to four comfortably with a queen and two twin-size beds. The open kitchen & dining area and nine foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness throughout. The unit features a new 46-inch HDTV entertainment system w/1000-watt Blu-Ray 5.1 surround sound, as well as integrated iPod & WiFi connections allowing you access to Netflix, Blockbuster, YouTube & more right from the TV screen as you relax on the ultra comfy L-shaped modular sofa. Further upgraded services such as WiFi Internet, calling features and premium cable channels are also available. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pools with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.
The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. It is conveniently located one half mile from a large supermarket and within 5 miles of two major Phoenix indoor/outdoor shopping malls (in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less), yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Great location and was centrally located to grocery stores and attractions. BBQs by the pool nice feature ,pool area kept very nice and clean.> Condo was very nicely decorated would definitely come back. Had a great holiday. Thanks to Steve for being very informative.

We sure enjoyed our February stay at this clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated condo. The location was centrally located and made it so easy to get around the city in all directions. How wonderful to be poolside in Phoenix while the rest of the country was in a major deep freeze. We are already planning our return next February.
Very good experience, and all the comforts of home!
We stayed here for 6 weeks and had a very good experience. It had all we needed and then some. Our grandkids really enjoyed the basketball/tennis and the pool.

Beautiful, relaxing , center of activities
Everything we needed was in the condo. It was well laid out and quiet. The pool and hot tub were set at inviting temperatures. I very nice place to stay. Manager was available for questions anytime.

Great location with 24/7 heated pool & hot tub
We loved our stay here. It was a great location, close to stores and within half an hour to many touristy sites such as the MIM, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden. The 24/7 heated pool and hot tub were wonderful amenities. We were able to swim even when the nights got cool. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, however, be warned that the master bedroom bed is very high. I had to use a stepstool I found in the bathroom in order to get into bed. (I'm 5'1") Also, be advised that you must climb a long flight of stairs to access condo. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We had an enjoyable time and the management was helpful in saving us some money wherever possible.

Lovely Phoenix condo
Was in town to drop kids at college, very convenient, clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and helpful management. Highly recommend. Would stay again!

Good overall
The condo development, pools and grounds are very good and the gardens and pools well maintained. Location is good for short hops north to Flagstaff, Sedona etc. Condo is well located for pools. We agree with other comments - time for some upgrades in the kitchen mainly and the twin bed headboard set up is a little noisy.

This was an exceptional rental! The condo is beautiful, spacious, and ideal for our family of four. Very clean, other residents are very friendly, safe neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The three pool areas were clean, very relaxing and friendly. The rental agent was super and the property was as promised. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Phoenix. Highly recommend it! Two bathrooms and washer/dryer were wonderful!
