A great week up north away from the heat of Phoenix. The weather was fantastic. Loved the smell of the pines. This cabin is far from a cabin. We enjoyed ourselves so much and are picking dates for our next visit. We have rented MANY cabins over the years and this one tops them all. Everything was thought of. This four bedroom home with an expansive loft and glorious view was absolutely perfect for our visit to Torreon! The home has been recently renovated and the result is utterly spectacular. We made full use of the large updated kitchen and easily entertained eight guests for dinner. The owners have paid meticulous attention to all details including the super-soft linens and state of the art internet, television, and electronic security systems.We used the work-out room at the club which is a (very) short drive from the home AND we had lunch at the members’ grille, overlooking the pines. The golf course was great – although you will need to be a Troon Prive member to gain access.The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home! - Ann Jones

This property is incredible. You honestly start relaxing the moment you pull up the driveway and take in the incredible setting. Then walking into the house itself is like a little slice of heaven. Everything decorated to perfection. Beautiful, yet also very comfortable. We lacked for nothing on our stay, the house was so perfectly equipped. I found myself searching the tags of everything for labels so I could buy the same brand of towels and sheets, etc. at home. Kitchen well stocked, an abundance of games and outdoor toys offered. Honestly, we’ve stayed in many other vacation rentals over the years—this was far and away my favorite. The property manager was a dream to work with. Helpful and responsive prior to the stay, during, and after. We cannot wait to go back to this home. - Quinn Anderson

Very Impressive Vacation Rental

Our family spent a long weekend at the Retreat at Whispering Pines and could not have been more impressed with the house. It was beautifully remodeled top to bottom and furnished perfectly. We appreciated that every room had a comfortable King size bed and television. And the kids loved the video games, pool table, and shuffle board. The entire house was fully stocked with all of the amenities you would want in a vacation rental- it was even better than our home! The family enjoyed exploring the community trails, park, and pool. It was a quick drive to Sunrise and several lakes to fish at in the area. We can't wait to go back! - Lindsay Hayes
