This incredible vacation rental offers nearly 360 degree views of Granite Mountain, Thumb Butte, the San Fransisco Peaks, and the many other mountain ranges of Northern Arizona. This location does not get much better - just minutes from downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row, the Square, the World's Oldest Rodeo, Gate Way Mall, and the Yavapai Regional Medical Center, just to name a few hot spots.
The huge 1550 square foot private living quarters is newly decorated, has a large living room with big flat screen TV that has 100's of channel choices, a library area with several books, kitchen essentials (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, etc), outdoor seating areas to take in the views, a dining table, large bedroom with a new King bed with another flat screen TV, and private full bathroom with shower/tub. It has 2 private entrances and is equipped with all of the amenities of home. It also offers a beautiful private deck overlooking all the wonderful views that Prescott has to offer to give you the feeling of getting away from it all! WiFi is included and we have provided a list of the best local restaurants and coffee shops as well as hiking/biking trails. This unit is perfect for singles/couples.

View is amazing. However, the bed was so uncomfortable and squeaky, we were not able to get a good nights sleep both nights we were there. The portable evaporator and fans didn’t help. It was too humid in the rooms. There was a huge black spider in the bedroom that I couldn’t catch. Parking wasn’t great. Steps very tough with luggage. Disappointed that there wasn’t a functional ironing board or a keurig rather than an outdated coffee maker. I did text Kelly about the ironing board and she did send a handyman but found there weren’t any hooks to hang it. Furnishings are dated and unfortunately we would never go back or recommend this place. Too bad since it is in a great location. If I’m going to pay these prices I would prefer better amenities.

We had an overall wonderful stay and would recommend Kelly's place to others. Unfortunately, and due to no fault of the hosts, we had to cut our stay short by a day and return home because of an unprecedented heat wave that consumed Prescott. This AirBNB does in fact have air conditioning, but the guest has no direct control over the primary air conditioning (a vent in the kitchen area from the upstairs main residence). There is a portable evaporative cooler in the bedroom; however, in the face of the heat wave it mostly created a great deal of humidity in the guest area rather than cool anything down substantially. I have a great deal of experience with air conditioning systems (we live in Arizona) and did everything we could. We were greatly impressed by the cleanliness of Kelly's place -- it was immaculate. Thank you! We hope to return again under better weather conditions!

Had an amazing stay with Kelly. We were so impressed with the size, cleanliness, and especially the view of the canyon. Once we arrived it was so nice and relaxing that we decided to stay in for the evening. By far, one of the best and most comfortable places to stay. I HIGHLY recommend.

Kelly’s place was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful overlook of the city and surrounding mountains. Watching the sun set over the hills was breathtaking. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Prescott! Easy drive to the Grand Canyon!

Kelly's place was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, well-furnished, and had beautiful views of the valley and distant hills. We enjoyed the sunset ok the patio. The location is residential, with many attractions nearby. Communication was prompt and friendly. We met Kelly and her husband briefly on our first night, otherwise we were hardly aware of their presence upstairs for the remainder of our stay.

This was the perfect space for our stay in Prescott and exceeded my expectations. Close to town yet elevated enough on the mountain to offer amazing views. The space was clean, bed and couch were comfortable for relaxing, and it was so convenient to have a full kitchen too. Would definitely love to return in the future.

A nice stay with beautiful views. (especially at sunset) However It is good to note that you do not have access to the back porch and the unit is technically the owner's basement. A very pleasant place + host but definitely something worth noting.
