Welcome to our beautiful home in sunny Scottsdale! My spacious 5 bedroom home is the perfect home base for a large group. Sleeping accommodations are designed for large groups- we can sleep up to 16 guests. My home is newly remodeled and is in a great location - Conveniently located to all of the city's must-sees!

The space
Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, our house is located in the heart of Scottsdale, surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you’ll need to feel right at home. Our house is just miles away from 5th Ave shops and Old Town Art galleries with tons of popular restaurants and nightlife in the Scottsdale area. The house is very close to several MLB spring training stadiums, casinos, and of course the numerous awesome golf courses that Scottsdale has to offer. Top Golf, the Aquarium, Butterfly world, Musical Instrument Museum - all a quick Uber away!
The home is fully furnished and has everything you will need to have an amazing stay (linens, towels, pots/pans, and cooking utensils).
KITCHEN: Our kitchen offers plenty of open space, for whatever cooking needs you require. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar, with three stools for quick and easy eating. There is a Keurig K Cup coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, stove, and oven for you to use. It is fully stocked with dishes (formal and plastic), pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, champagne glasses.
LIVING & DINING ROOM: We wanted to create a space where everyone would want to gather, whether it is at the spacious dining table or the cozy seating around the 60" TV for watching sports, TV or movies.

We loved this home and appreciated how close it was to everything that we planned on doing during our visit to Scottsdale. It was a hop skip and a jump from the 101 that allowed us to access everything in the Valley. The tile floors were clean and it had plenty of beds for us and our cousins that we vacationed with.
The pool is deep and allowed for lots of fun games for the kids. We appreciated that the back door was one that our little kids couldn’t open easily and access the pool without adult help. I loved the flowering bushes in the backyard. The covered picnic tables in the backyard were fun for the kids to go out and eat at. The kitchen was well stocked.
It was perfect for what we needed.

This home accommodated our large group. It was located conveniently near many of the stores & Old Town. The house was clean & well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive, although I would get a response from various people. The only issues were the pool & lack of lounge chairs. We found the chairs stacked at the side of the house because they were broken. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There was algae & the bottom was very dirty. When I reached out to the host, he reached out to the pool tech. right away & the tech. came the next morning. After the pool tech. left the pool didn’t look as clean as it could be. We brought our own floaties so we didn’t actually get into the water. The next day the pool was reverting back to its original state we found it leaving us to think something was going on with its filtration system. Other than the lack of proper maintenance of the pool my group overall had a great experience.

Ryan was fantastic to coordinate with, responsive to our questions and requests, and made everything easy to get in and out. Cold pool, close to many bars and restaurants, well worth the price they’re asking for the stay.
They even sent a pool cleaner same day to re-clean while we were out to breakfast! Use these guys for your trip!

This Airbnb is perfect for a big group visiting Scottsdale or Phoenix. The Airbnb was spotless on our arrival and it slept 15 people comfortably. The backyard space is an amazing place to hang out during the day and at night. The BBQ is great for cooking at home and the kitchen is stocked with the all the essentials. There also are enough towels for each guests to have their own, which was great plus when spending a day by the pool. Finally it is very conveniently located in a residential neighborhood right next to Old Town.
What really set this Airbnb apart though was the communication and responsiveness of the hosts. They really went above and beyond to promptly respond to any questions and to ensure we were taken care of. This was hands down my best experience with an Airbnb host.

House was fine. Location is great. Communication not so good. We messaged the host - who happens to respond from about 3 or 4 different people ( never know who you’re going to get ).
The pool was filthy from day one. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Finally after asking them to clean it they had a pool guy come out on the third day of our stay. Even the pool guy said it wasn’t a few days or because of “wind “ like the host said. Even after him “cleaning “ the pool it was still filthy. Dirt literally sitting on the bottom and no chlorine tablets in the pool. I asked the host to give some
type of refund since one of the main reason we book this place among countless other was because of the pool. Host refused to even refund a penny. Overall not a good experience when you do provide what you promise and don’t try to make it right.

Haydens place is extremley close to a walmart and a gas station which for us was extremely important. Beds where very comfortable, we were 16 people and everyone had a bed to lay on. Towels were available in abundance which was great.
We were intown for a basketball tournament and Haydens place gave us what we needed!

The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a short drive from many area attractions. Within walking distance is a nice park with a lake. Pleasantly surprised by how many bedrooms & beds there were in the house - it can easily host a large gathering. The swimming pool is deep and could definitely be a hit in the warmer months. The giant cactus in the corner was a wow feature for us, coming in from the northeast. The interior spaces were clean. There is some work that can be done to elevate the experience for guests - a few small necessary items were missing (which were immediately brought over by PM when requested), and the decor & landscaping could use some sprucing up to have better impact. Overall, the house served its purpose well, the hosts are responsive, and if they improved the comfort/presentation factors a bit more, it could really shine. We would definitely stay there again.
