We invite you to our South Scottsdale home located only minutes from Old Town's best restaurants and shopping! Here your family can easily get cozy both inside and out. Inside you will find spacious rooms and open living spaces. Outdoors your family can enjoy grilling out, playing in the pool and overall relax! This home is perfectly designed for a small or large family group!
Welcome to our extremely fun and inviting home in Old Town Scottsdale! Are you a great putter or could work on your game? Enjoy hiking and would love to relax in the hot tub after? Do you love to BBQ and hang out with friends? Could your sun tan use an upgrade? You found the right home! This backyard is amazing! Inside you will not be disappointed either! There is a separate game room and a complete kid-centered bedroom with tee-pees with 6 twin beds!
The Space:
This home is just under 3000sqft and offers plenty of space throughout for the entire family to relax and unwind! The home offers driveway parking between 2-4 cars, depending on the size, too! Main floor living spaces with the tee pee room and a shared bathroom.. downstairs offers a game room area with bar while the upstairs features additional bedrooms and full baths.

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, Old Town Scottsdale is just down the road!
Getting Around:
You will find it easy to travel the area with Uber and/or Lyft's available!

Had a group of 15+ adults at this location and it was enough room for all of us. Wes met us at the house before we arrived to the property and was very responsive to all texts, calls, & emails. Really nice location and easy check-in & check-out process. I recommend this location!

I would like to start this off by saying we take an annual trip to this area to hang out with family and friends every summer since '89. In the last 4 years, we switched from hotel blocks to rentals.
Each has had its positives and drawbacks.
We were able to check-in early. There was a bit of a mix-up on the code but we called Wes and it was sorted out.
The house was what we expected from the pictures. The rooms were decent the beds were comfortable.
The first night we were at family friends until nine. When we got home, the slider stopped working. I emailed Wes because it was late.
Then the TV upstairs was not connecting to the internet. We troubleshot it, no go. I emailed.
In the morning we found that we only had 1 (not nonstick) pan for a house that holds 14. It was pretty difficult to cook breakfast. There were also no cleaning supplies other than dish soap. I emailed and said I would call in a bit.
Wes just showed up with cookie sheets and cleaning supplies (in all fairness I did not specify the type of pan). A heads up to the drop by would have been more appropriate. But we appreciated the supplies.
Two awesome men came by to fix the door, they even said that it wasn't the greatest and fixed the same door about a month ago. Everyone in the house was extra careful with the door allowing it to close by its self (the directions that we were given). It still seemed to not work great.
The air on Saturday was working overtime and it didn't get too cool. We made sure not to have the air down too low we know how central air works but it was brutal in a lot of the rooms (71 in the living room) so we opened windows in some rooms. It was cooler weather due to the storms. A couple of windows did not have screens on them. We were concerned about letting bugs in because we already had a few bites from the other nights.
All in all, Wes took care of a few of our issues.
I think that a lot of these issues could be resolved with someone doing a good walk-through and taking inventory of what is there; pans, clean sponges, counter cleaner, screens, etc.
We would have also liked a list or book of what is expected. There was only one sheet with the trash and wifi information on it. It would have been nice to have some sort of handbook to check prior to communicating with someone.

A PayPal website fee is required from the tenant before the property owner is given the tenants direct contact information. This same website fee is then charged back to the property owner and deducted from any rental quote emailed to the tenant by the property owner. After the website fee is paid by the tenant, the property owner will then email and/or call the tenant to finalize the rental booking.
