Rental Property Information
Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community.
Nestled in its own private corner of our resort community, this lower level, 1100 sq. ft. 2 bed/2 bath unit is NEW for Summer 2014 and sleeps up to 4 total in one king and one queen bed. There are three TV's, with a 46' flat screen featuring full 1080i HD service and onscreen Internet access (great for browsing the Web or accessing your Netflix account) in the living room, along w/5.1 surround sound theater system for a theater-like HD viewing experience or even playing your own music via your device over Bluetooth. The living room is done up in striking black & white contrast, while the guest bedroom features a soothing sage green breezy resort motif, and the master a deeper navy & tan lodge look w/brand new furniture. The double balcony patio is one of the most private at the resort, offering desert sky vistas with a mountain backdrop enhanced by towering palm trees and those breathtaking Arizona sunsets, and features full dining and lounging options, with both living room and master bedroom access. Further upgraded services such as WiFi Internet, calling features and premium subscription cable channels are also available. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts!
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pools with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.
The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. It is conveniently located one half mile from a large supermarket and within 5 miles of three major Phoenix indoor/outdoor shopping malls (in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less), yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Relaxing spot
Stayed here for 9 nights in March/April and we had a really great time. The condo complex is very clean and looks very nice. Steve was extremely helpful in getting us set up when we arrived. Our unit was spacious and had almost everything we needed (could have used some better cooking equipment - frying pan, etc) but other than that we had everything we needed. the bed was comfortable and having our own washer dryer was convenient. You need to have a rental car if staying here as there isn't much in the immediate walking vicinity as far as stores and restaurants.

Self Check-Out Procedure & Checklist
The week-long stay my wife and I enjoyed at Tapatio Cliffs Resort began with a greeting and information from property manager. He was very helpful in describing the resort and nearby conveniences such as stores and points of interest.
There were only two drawbacks to the condo: Small bathrooms and an assigned parking spot that was not convenient to our 2nd floor unit. However, our unit was close to the security gate for the resort and Cave Creek Road.
All things considered, we had a very enoyable stay at "the Pointe".

To clarify to anyone reading this, the bathrooms for each bedroom are en suite (privately dedicated to each bedroom). The toilet and shower/bathtub areas are in a separate room next to the larger vanity areas with sinks & mirror, so when divided they do appear smaller. However, we also do have different model units here that have larger bathrooms that are all self-contained and not separate, if interested.
Also, although this unit's parking space is almost 300 feet away (further than our others) there are closer "free" uncovered spots one may use as well if desired or when unloading items.

Relaxing Stay
Very nice Western-themed unit with Saltillo tile overlooking pool with mountain views. Patio very nice for sitting on and having coffee with breakfast. Good late afternoon light. Beds are comfortable and kitchen worked fine.
We've stayed in this community before and liked this location the best. Community is convenient to both downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Manager of the rental is very responsive both before and during the rental period - he is always available and focused on keeping the customer happy.

Charming charming!
We loved our stay at this two bedroom condo; very safe, clean, and such charming decor. Close to the pool. Steve greeted us at the door and made it very easy for us to feel at home. We'll recommend to everyone. Tapatio Cliffs is a pretty neighbourhood.

Quiet, clean & relaxing
The manager was very accomodating in showing us around and explaining the information we needed at the condo. Pool and grilling facilities were conveniently located close to the condo. There was plenty of room and we were able to frequently entertain our family (11 adults & 1 baby). Everything we needed was there and the condo was exceptionally clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

Title: Holiday Heaven
Review: A wonderful holiday topped by a fabulous condo.From the moment we arrived owner Steve greeted us with a friendly welcome.We were given an informative tour of the apartment and lots of local information. The apartment was absolutely wonderful spotlessly clean and with abundant stocks of towels both for bathroom and for pool.The rooms were beautiful and the lounge and open plan kitchen were very spacious.The Television and sound systen were fantastic. The condo complex is immaculately clean and the gardens are beautiful with a choice of 3 heated pools and hot tubs.The local area is very nice and there are ample shops and amenitiessuch as bowling within a 5 minute drive.I would bighly reccomend the condos as they feel like a real home from home.Do not hesitate book now and enjoy great value accomodation in wonderful surroundings and helpfuland knowledgeable hosts we will be booking again

.Very good location - within 20 minutes of just about anything you'd want to do in the Phoenix area. Clean, spacious apartment with nice outside patio on second floor. Great service from rental vendor. Only complaint was bed in master bedroom much too high off the ground.

.We came here for a golf getaway and the central location of this rental is ideal. The unit is clean and bug free and the neighborhood is quiet. The grounds are well kept and nicely manicured. The rental manager explained the details of the lease at length. The pool is a nice feature as well. Although very warm it is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this rental to anyone wishing to spend some time in the Arizona sunshine.

.The condo was a wonderful place to spend our last days before our daughter moved in to her dorm. Steve met us at the condo and was very helpful at check in. The condo itself was very homey and was extremely comfortable. It was easy access to everything needed, shopping restaurants. We used the pool which was nicely maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to the area.

.Great place to stay! Very close to 2 of the 3 pools and had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen! Grills by the pool were great for meals by the pool. Beds were very comfortable and had a great night sleep all week. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, you can't beet the summer rates!

.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was very comfortable with great access to two of the complex pools.
