Rental Property Information
Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community.
This unit is a two story villa in a triplex building, with both a front and rear entrance at ground level. It features charming private balconies off both bedrooms, a dedicated carport and a full size private courtyard where you may dine outside, lounge under the sun or grill dinner around the well-maintained botanical landscaping, which is accent-lit by night.
The design of the 1050 square foot floor plan gives the villa a cozy yet spacious feel. The elevated kitchen has been nicely upgraded with modern lighting and appliances, with the dining area and courtyard entrance adjacent and a utility room with modern front-loading washer and dryer at the other end. It looks out over the sunken living room which features comfy seating, a rustic stone mosaic fireplace, a desk and entertainment center with a newly upgraded 58” Samsung Smart HDTV, along with the full spectrum of satellite HD channels, 5.1 surround sound, DVD player and multiple apps with Web browser. A guest half-bathroom is adjacent to the front foyer and stairwell, and the ceiling is open to the top floor. There you'll find both bedrooms, each with queen size beds and flat screen TV's. Hi-speed WiFi Internet is also available throughout. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pool areas (open and swimable 24/7/365) with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo was very clean and was as advertised. Everything worked well and we had no issues while staying there. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the tennis court, and the basketball court. The condo was central to the different activities we did. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pointe Tapatios Condos. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we would have needed! Steve, the property manager, was excellent and very thorough during check in. With three pools and basketball courts, our children were never without something to do. We highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a getaway! The only thing that could have been better was the weather!

We have stayed at this property twice before and this stay didn't disappoint. Unit was very well provided with everything you might need. Suitable for all ages, but it is a second floor unit so there are stairs. Communication with the Steve, the manager was excellent once again!

Enjoyed our stay in this quiet, two bedroom condo in Phoenix. The pool and hot tub were great! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one was one of the best-stockd with supplies! There are new TVs and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Steve was an excellent host who explained everything we’d need to know on our arrival. The only thing we could’ve wished for was wifi by the pool so we could email family and friends while relaxing.
