This two-story townhouse is in a Small Quiet, Gated community, and was built in 1998 with 1250 square feet and attached, Two-car garage. This unit is fully furnished and has its own small private patio... just bring your clothes and swimsuits!
Pool area is beautifully landscaped with gas grills and covered patio area - perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening.
Mayo Clinic is about four miles away. Golf, Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment are abundant and just minutes away. Long Bike/Walking path is nearby.
This is a relaxing, beautiful place to stay.

Great and friendly place in Scottsdale!
This was the perfect locale for my family this last trip to Scottsdale. The townhouse was a good size for the 4 of us! Don was super helpful pre-trip. We hope to stay here again next time in town. Thank you!!

great condo!
stayed there Superbowl week 2015. Great place close to everything. Don was very helpful and informative. Would stay there again on my return to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

Great stay (again)!
We stayed for the second year in a row (and plan to stay again). The property is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It has laundry in the unit which was nice as we were able to pack less this year and do some extra shopping.
We found it very convenient to anywhere we went, while still being quiet and just off the main road. There are a number of great restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the shopping center. All of the kitchen items you could need are already there, and the dishwasher was nice too. It was likely being at home in many ways.
I would definitely recommend it, and we will be back next year!

Comfortable, family friendly, inviting
This was our first stay in Scottsdale. The directions provided to gain access to the property was perfect. The unit was even more welcoming than the pictures showed. Don provided excellent instructions in the townhouse as to where everything was and how to work it all. Things were labeled to also help with our navigation. We will for sure return.

Well appointed Scottsdale townhouse... Close to bi
This townhouse had everything we needed... from extra towels to spices to plastic wrap. Very close to shopping for everything... food,
restaurants, stores, Dunkin Donuts. Don went out of his way to research bike rental places and biking paths. The 16 mile Greenbelt path is 2 minutes from the house...great multi-parh. The hot tub felt great after riding many miles.
Condo was comfortable and Don checked in to make sure all was good. This is a gem among condos.

Lots of space, very clean, generously equipped
Good location with lots of stores and restaurants as well as highway access close-by. Condo itself is very spacious with 3 bathrooms and two bedrooms (plus pull-out couch).
