The family room features leather couches, a large cable TV, DVD/ VCR and top of the line stereo, a sound system that emanates through the ceiling can be piped to the patio for music while you either swim or dine outside.
Be a king of entertaining as you host a barbecue on the patio of the spacious backyard. Your guests will relax in lounge chairs by the pool or on the lawn, listening to music from the outdoor speakers. The yard has a roomy grass area perfect for children to play on.
