Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; Amazon, UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. Unlike the others here, all of our rentals offer extras such as stereo surround sound, landline telephone service with voice mail, caller ID and unlimited long distance calls to Canada and within the U.S., as well as full-service check-in with a representative to greet you on site and to tend to any needs that may arise. All our properties feature free WiFi.
This upper level condo is our sunniest, appointed with cheerful pastel southwest decor and located in the Pointe Resort community next to the Canyon Pool with a full-size patio balcony overlooking the complex, accessible via two sets of arcadia doors from both the living room & master bedroom. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop as you dine outside or sip your morning coffee.
The modern 1100 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room and can sleep up to four comfortably. The open kitchen and dining area and nine foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness throughout. The unit features plush carpeting and natural light maple laminate hardwood flooring along with a mint & peach color scheme and resort-style wicker furniture and upholstery. There are three remote-controlled color cable televisions for independent viewing. The living room features a sizable wall-mounted flat screen HDTV with HD service and a Blu-ray/DVD system with WiFi connection, allowing you access to a Web browser and services such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube & more right from the TV screen. You may enhance your TV-watching experience by enjoying the audio thru the stereo surround speakers. Optional rentals such as playpen & high chair are also available at an additional charge. This property now sports many new upgrades including your choice of two kings or a king + two twin xl premium memory foam mattress beds! New countertops, cabinetry and soothing waterfall faucets can be found in the kitchen and bathrooms. Upgraded decorative lighting, various new and refinished furnishings, decor, electronics and deluxe shower heads are also among the recent enhancements.
The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool areas each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365, and those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. Amazon, UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

We stayed here for one week while we attended to medical issues while in Phoenix. It was great to be met by Steve and oriented to the unit, despite arriving near midnight. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to the hospital, to shopping, dining, biking and especially enjoyed the nearby hiking. The choice of 3 pools was great, the grounds were very well kept and they were pretty and quiet. Due to medical issues, it was great to be on the first floor and the view from the deck area was lovely and private. The price was very reasonable.

Needed a place while visiting my son and found this condo more than anyone could want, Three beautiful pools and every..thing was explained so well by Steve that check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and well furnished. We would certainly stay here again if the chance arose.

Spring Training In Phoenix
Nice clean well appointed and furnished 2nd floor two bedroom condo. The kitchen and laundry are especially well equipped. The balcony is great for mornings and evenings in nice weather. The location is good for many activities.

Second time staying in this perfect condo. Well stocked with all the amenities one would have at home. The parking location to the condo is so convenient. The second floor patio makes for some beautiful night sky viewing of the stars. This is a well maintained condo in a quiet location you will feel safe and relaxed in.

Comfortable, convenient & relaxing
Accommodations were well appointed, facility & lodging was clean with all of the items needed for daily living. Spent much time in the hot Tub, Pool and enjoyed grilling & eating meals in pool area. Close to major arteries for travel and proximity to the airport was 20 minutes away.

Great Stay

Great condo, with amenities, comforts of home, parking, everything you need.
Pros: This condo apartment has all of the comforts of home. With a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and bathrooms, tv's in each bedrooms and the living room, a nice sound system and a smart tv in the living room, there isn't much you should miss. There is a laundry room as well. The kitchen is well enough equipped that you can certainly buy groceries and cook your meals as all utensils and pots and pans are available. Everything I looked for, I found. Beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub are great. Steve was helpful and took the time to explain everything well as well as being available for the one small issue we had during our stay. He was available and attended to us right away. All of the little details are attended to. I like the concept of checking the fridge and the pantry first before you buy groceries. You leave what you don't use and buy what you need and then leave for the next guests. Works great. For example, I didn't have to buy mustard or butter or sugar or balsamic vinegar. I purchased things I will leave behind like olive oil, dish detergent, plastic baggies, etc. Lots of towels and bedding and kitchen linens. Very comfortable place.
Cons: not anything big but tv in the bedroom needs to be raised so that it can be seen. New mattress is very high and the tv sits below the mattress. I used books to raise it up. No biggie.

Amazing Family Vacation!
From the moment I booked online with Steve and had the first communication, I felt extremely comfortable with my decision. This has been an amazing family vacation and it felt like home but better :-). Our 2 year old daughter loved the very clean and warm pool and my parents enjoyed the early morning walks. This place has something for everyone, no matter what age group. It's close and very convenient to everything you need to make the stay a truly wonderful experience. A special thank you to Steve for all the information and making the experience truly pleasurable! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and well taken care home away from home!

Excellent Hotel Alternative
We stayed for two months after being flooded out of our house while the repairs were being done. The 2 bedroom, two bath Unit was very clean and comfortably furnished and fully equipped with linens, cutlery, washer/dryer, etc. It was like living in your own apartment instead of a hotel room, and very attractively priced. The complex had several pools and very nicely landscaped grounds, and was close to the North Mountain Preserve with all its hiking trails. The complex was gated and secure and close to all essential stores.

A terrific week in Phoenix
The apartment was roomy, clean and so well-equipped. We were comfortable at the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing tennis. The view from the terrace was spectacular as were the humming birds and majestic trees.

we had a relaxing time, the property was perfect for our group. the manager was very attentive and showed us how everything worked etc... we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool but next time we will.
